Just had my vaccine at the pharmacy and it was a great experience. Very efficient and the staff were polite and friendly. Always receive great service here

I just wanted to commend the staff at Haxby pharmacy for their prompt and careful procedure and reporting of a fit to fly COVID test I had done recently. It was well worth the 50 GBP for the peace of mind I had recently when returning to US.. Last year I either had to pay an exorbitant fee in Stonegate or go to Leeds.. that was still over 100 GBP… Kate? followed up by phone to alert me that I should have received an email with my doctor-signed certificates. I was impressed with her courtesy and follow through.. Definitely recommend Haxby Pharmacy for rapid testing for travel…

Quite good. Turnaround in the pharmacy a bit slow (the doctors in the adjacent practice do their bit quickly). They have had a habit of prefixing their 'prescription ready' texts with adverts for free flu jabs - if you have already had your jab you think 'not again!' and swipe the text into eternity - then you wonder why there's been no notification.... Moral for the pharmacy: put the main subject first and then the oft repeated adverts for flu vaccinations - they haven't taken the hint yet.

I have used this pharmacy for many years and I have had nothing but praise for the service that they have given me. Unfortunately in life you will always get some moaners particularly amongst older people who seem to think that they are the only person on the planet

Rang up at half 2 with cronic tooth pain and an ugly swollen head. Was in the dentist by half 3 and im out now at 4 good as new. The bloke who works at that dentist is lovely and it only cost me £18 cannot say enough nice things about it

I can't thank these guys enough for all of their help on Friday last week. I went up to Haxby to visit relatives, and in my rush to pack, I forgot to put my tablets in my case? From the point of seeing if I could get an emergency appointment, to collecting my tablets from the in-house pharmacy took all of 55 minutes!! Now THAT'S what you call service. (Special thanks to Angela who even made me laugh about the situation).
