Had been trying to track a camera down all over the world and found it in trusty Belfast. I'm living abroad and Marc was amazing help from start to finish - sorted me out with the camera and accessories over the phone, dealt with my mum when she came to collect and FaceTimed me to show me what I was buying. One of the most prompt and helpful photography equipment shops in Ireland. I reached out to them via email as I live in Dublin and spotted a second hand camera which was based in their UK Mainland shop. I think within an hour I got an email back giving me all information I needed how to place an order to get it shipped to their Belfast branch and they said they have no issues keeping it in the shop for me for few days till I can make my way up North to pick it up. The shipping process was really fast within few days my item was up North and when I came to the shop the staff in the shop were absolutely lovely and helpfull. I have to say I appreciate that they put shutter count in their ads of second hand cameras so it gives you an idea of how much camera was used by previous owner. The description of wear and tear was on point they don't hide stuff from you and me personally I felt camera was in better condition than I expected it to be which was a big plus on top of it being cheaper than same camera second hand in Dublin. Honestly really happy with the service and the extra mile they go for you and will definitely buy from them again. They're one of those businesses worth supporting as they do look after photographers both up North and down South. Thank you again for all your help

Excellent staff and fantastic customer service. I bought a Nikon D750 from the shop and when it developed an issue and Nikon wouldn’t help me out Kelly and Angus got involved and got the issue sorted out. Over the past few weeks when deciding on a new system they have always been very helpful and informative, everything I asked they had an answer and in my opinion went above and beyond to help me get back shooting. It is refreshing to have a shop that customer service is so important. Wex should be happy to have such a dedicated team working for them.

I always use WEX as you get back up from people who know their cameras, Not the cheapest but by far the best ( when things go wrong is it worth saving a few £ ?) This is the best camera shop in .N.I the staff are friendly and up to date with all the stock they sell. They will give you good honest advice on anything from what tripod to what camera will best suit your needs. Wouldn't buy camera or other related goods any where else. Highly recommend this shop & staff.

I went online to get a Camranger camera controller for remote control from iPad and iPhone. I was able to save postage fees by ordering it through Calumet website and picking up at their Belfast store.
