Best photo/printing shop ever!!!!! If you need help Ashley is the guy! Needed a print out for a baby shower poster, not only did he help me download and send the file in every way he could, he also stayed late too print it off for me!!! Also very handsome

Was digging out some old photos and remembered that I never left a review for something from two years ago! I went to Photogaphique to buy some film for my grandad's old camera so I could take some photos over my 31st birthday week. Turned out the camera was broken and so none of the film I was intending to buy would work... The woman in the shop kindly lent me her own camera so I could get my birthday photos taken in time ❤️ such a nice gesture and so kind to go above and beyond. Good people and a good business to boot!

Have sent off my film multiple times in the post to be processed and have always received great high quality prints. Good turn around time in receiving prints in the mail and even quicker for digitals. Recently sent of some film and didn't have confirmation for a while but received lovely customer service from Chelsey who assured me it was an issue with Royal Mail and the issue is now resolved!!

Reasonable price, lovely staff & quality prints. I have taken couple of Matt quality A4 size prints, no complaints at all & love their packaging as well! Only drawback is you have to wait at-least 45mins to get a print since they are usually busy all the time. But if u can wait longer u can get prints way cheaper than fast delivery.

I've been ordering prints from these guys for the best part of 8 years along with my brother and sister. They never disappoint! If there are ever any issues with orders, they are rectified as soon as it is raised. The staff and friendly, welcoming and always happy to give advice. The lab and shop front is always clean, tidy and an interesting place to be.

I was let down by another online printing company and had to get something printed with a few hours to spare. The staff at Photographique went above and beyond to make sure I got the print ready in time. And it looked lovely, and was great value for money. Going to get all my printing done there in future! A little gem of a place. It wasn’t until I started scanning my own film that I realise what a good job those guys do! And usually within the hour! You can tell they love what they do and actually care about it. There’s about 8 other places I could get to location wise before here, but I always make the special trip down to make sure I am getting the best for my photographs. My only wish is that they would have more stores all over bristol/the country and could clone the staff!

I've been using Photographique for a few years and couldn't recommend it enough. They are a stand out organisation who are a very professional team of people passionate about photography. I have bought bespoke frames for precious prints and been extremely happy with the service received. The staff seems to genuinely care and go the extra mile to offer a personal service which is rare these days. So much respect and care is given to my photographs I know I don't need to worry about a thing. My most recent order was for my wedding and honeymoon prints and I'm so pleased with the service I've received. The time it took from ordering and receiving my order was less than 24 hours. There are cheaper photo printing services on line which are 2 a penny however I am happy to pay that bit more to use Photographique because the quality and care taken far exceeds anything I've experienced with other places. I wanted to say thank you for such a unique and personal service and hope you keep running successfully for many many years to come.

So so friendly in there, you can tell they take real care and pride in their work. Everything so far has been done to an amazing standard. The service is so fast, you get prints as well as digital scans of your photographs, in 24 hours. So impressed as my last place in London took over a week.

Very friendly and helpful guys and a quick and reasonably priced service. Photographique framed all my exhibition prints for me and fixed string to the back for hanging. Four prints were the same size and the string was EXACTLY the right length so they all hung level. Very high standard of frame and helped my exhibition look great.

Highly recommended place for photo services. I went there for getting my son’s passport done and the staff was super friendly and professional. They charged me £8 for 6 copies compared to what photo booth charges (£6 for 6 copies and that too you get crapy photos) on the other hand I get to choose best photos out of several photos. For sure going again for any photo related services.

The shop is pretty good, always my go to place to get big enlargements done, especially good for framed stuff, always where I go if I want professional work done, and someone else is paying. It's such a shame there is no discount for having multiple films processed at the same time if you're having them all put onto CD, they want the full price of processing and CD for every film, so there's no incentive to have more films done with them in one go, which I assume would be easier for them as well as me, even if were was only a small discount on subsequent films it would make me much more likely to use their processing service.

Just took in 50 year old slides of golden wedding. Made into prints also put onto disc and they emailed the file. All within 24 hrs Great staff and good customer service. Tried London camera exchange Bristol told to come in 4 days for quote, walked out. Thankyou Photographique.

Came here to get UK and Aussie passport photos, after other shops quoted an extortionate £11 and £25 respectively PER set of 6 shots! The lovely guys at Photographique put 3 pics for each country in one pack and only charged me £8. On top of that, relaxing on the lounge and flicking through stunning photo journals while waiting made the whole experience enjoyable. Don't go to the franchises, go here!

Used their mail order film development service, via their website, and was massively impressed by the speed and quality of their service, that aside they are also really competitive on price. Being able to pay online in advance and then posting the film to them was really effective too saving the hassle of filling out forms and writing cheques and all that guff. Will definitely be using them again.
