We had Daniel for our wedding last year at Cressbrook Hall 14/10/21. From the moment we booked him we knew we had made the right choice. Throughout the entire process he made us feel calm and confident that he would be able to capture our special day perfectly. He was brilliant with us during the covid cancellation period in which we had to rearrange 3 times. On the day he spent plenty of time scoping the venue in order to get us the best photos we could get , and made both myself and my wife feel comfortable having our photos taken when normally we are both camera shy. In addition to this we have had numerous conversations since with our guests who have all be more than complimentary of how we operated throughout the day. When we received our photos we was amazed at how beautifully they were presented as well as very grateful for the chocolates and the bottle of wine to enjoy while we looked through the photos. The photos themselves have totally blown us away, and we cant thank Daniel enough for the amazing job he has done. He has captured our day perfectly with intimate photos of the two of us , with our dog who he was fantastic with , and obviously with our friends and family. We recently got married and Dan was our photographer and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. From meeting a super friendly nice guy at a wedding fair, to making me and my husband feel relaxed in a pre wedding shoot that was full of laughs and some fantastic photos too! But when we also challenged Dan to include our dog in the photos and on the day he didn’t back away and we now have some perfect shots of him too! Fast forward to the wedding where he again made everyone feel relaxed, we had a great laugh but it was like he wasn’t there at the same time which I think is a true quality! I would have Dan take any shots for us in the future and would recommend him to anyone.

We had Daniel for our wedding photography. Initially he was unable to but due to covid - attempt number 3 he was free. - yay!!! Daniel was really great to have with us on the day. We had a very relaxed and chilled day and what was important to us was being surrounded by our loved ones. Daniel understood that and often we didn't even know he was there- capturing natural shots of friends and family and even one of me (bride) with two drinks - one in each hand!!! We have some beautiful shots of the two of us in the corn field as the sun set and a fab one of us together by the lake. Excellent service. I am planning my wedding and Daniel walked me through the process and gave me further ideas of how I could get the best shots. Some of which I would have never thought of! Daniel is a relaxed guy that you can put your faith in during your big day and is easy and fun to work with. His eyes capture the images and magic that you will not have time to take in on the day, but can look back on in days and years to come. Daniel also provided me with different costs for prints and books for after the wedding when the dust has settled. A wedding photographer is an essential and primary wedding element. I wouldn't risk missing such a special moment. Getting a good photographer provides the memories and stories for your children and family members. Its well worth an email or quick call to talk through what you need. Daniel has a wealth of experience to guide you and give you guidance.

Daniel is always very professional in his approach to every shoot, he listens to your requests then puts his creativity into it. The finished result is always excellent pictures. Daniel photographed our small, intimate, non-traditional wedding and we would highly recommend him! Daniel captured every part of our day in a relaxed way, we forgot he was there at times (in a good way). My husband doesn't like his photo taken but we have photos of him smiling and looking relaxed. Daniel even had the task of working with a toddler who didn't want to smile and two dogs who didn't want to face the camera but he wasn't faced at all. So my fiancee and I needed a photographer for our wedding. First name that came to mind was Dan, since I had seen photos he captured before from our friend's weddings and was truly impressed. As well as shooting nice posed shots, I noticed he was great at capturing the more natural shots. Right from our first meeting, Dan was very easy to talk to, funny, friendly, but also professional. We first had an engagement shoot with him, which prepared us for our wedding photos, in terms of feeling comfortable together posing for photos. At the wedding Dan was great at controlling guests and getting them in position for photos and since he's such a nice guy everyone felt comfortable around him. For a lot of the time, we didn't even notice he was at the wedding whilst he was taking the photos. One of my special memories from the wedding is when things started to get a little hectic in terms of guests arriving for the evening reception. Dan swooped my wife and I off for our photoshoot and at the time the sun was just going down for some awesome shots. He has a great eye and great use of scenery and was able to capture the magic of that day in his photos. If you want to guarantee that you get someone with a good eye, great use of scenery, great experience, knows more than just to point and press and also someone who is genuine and very friendly, we cannot recommend Dan enough. He's captured our best day in magical photos and these photos for us will remain timeless. When it comes to your special day you cannot gamble on a photographer - you need to know that they can and will capture great memories on the day - and Dan has delivered and I know he will continue to do so. Daniel did a sterling job of our wedding. Our venue was Sudbury Hall in Derbyshire. He was like a ghost in the back ground. Organiser of the group photos with his big deep vocal call. The photos were perfect. From the classics, car bride and groom, to the ones of the wife on and around the hall we hired. I know Daniel spend a lot of time on the photoshop stuff as the weather turned. The light wasn’t brilliant during the afternoon. I can’t tell it was that gloomy on the day. Daniel was even at the venue well before the guest starting to arrive. Taking pictures of the hall before anyone was around. Thanks again dude. Can’t praise enough.
