Lee was amazing from start to finish. From our first meeting, to receiving our amazing photos - he was always on hand and captured our wedding day perfectly. He made it personal and made us feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout the day. This is evident through the stunning photos we now have! We had Humpston and Bull to photograph our wedding back in September last year, and I can honestly say they were amazing! Lee was joined by another photographer, Leigh, that was just as fab. They were both super friendly and put both myself and my husband at ease. They both knew exactly what we wanted and managed to capture all the details of the day. It was such a busy day and even with this Lee managed to make sure we got all of the photos we had requested plus many more that are just as perfect. They were there for much of the day and evening and did such a fantastic job of capturing out beautiful day! Thank you so much Lee and Leigh I will be recommending you for many years to come. We had a small wedding & neither of us wanted too many photographs or a photographer that was intrusive. From the moment we met Lee we felt comfortable he was easy to talk to & friendly. We only booked Lee for a short time with us & I must say we were both impressed with how relaxed he made us feel. Shots were taken without us even noticing. Lee was the photographer at our wedding. He did a marvellous job! Not only were the photos incredible he was very professional and friendly too! we hardly noticed him there whilst getting ready etc and he managed to get lots of shots before, during and after. The weather on our big day was quite dull and cloudy, yet Lee managed to capture the light brilliantly and provided us with some amazing shots which we will treasure forever. From the time we met Lee we knew he understood exactly what we were looking for and his photography style was perfect for us. Our confidence in Lee increased even more after our engagement shoot, not being “photo people”, and generally being a bit awkward in photos we were quite anxious. We needn’t have worried as in just one hour in the middle of a park, Lee managed to get so many good shots that we couldn’t decide which ones to have printed. Don't let Lee’s laidback personality make you think that he isn't going to be on the ball and capture every single moment of your wedding, because he absolutely will! He is able to both be everywhere and nowhere all day, he took into consideration the schedule for photos that we gave him, and he respectfully ignored some of it where he knew better. He made sure we had loads of time with our guests, but also captured all the moments of the day - as well as sneaking in a few extra that we wouldn't even consider organising, and they are definitely our favourites. From directing the Ice Cream Van out of the car park, to delivering gifts and taking requests for group shots from our guests, Lee was the perfect guy to have at our wedding – oh and he’s photos were pretty great too!

Lee is one of those people who you just get on with immediately. A wedding is such a personal event and Lee acknowledges this throughout his work. You feel so comfortable sharing the moment - the camera is never overbearing. He is so gifted with his skills as a photographer, but his personality and sensitivity is to be applauded. I first spotted Humpston and Bull on Facebook. The first thing I did was make contact with them and asked if they would be interested in photographing an Indian wedding. We met with Graem and Lee for an informal chat and when we left we both immediately knew we had found our wedding photographers. We held our pre-wedding shoot in the cold February sun and Graem and Lee were accommodating to our ideas. Overall they went above and beyond given that it was a large event spanning over several days, not only that, they managed to be discreet and were so polite to all of our guests. After the big day we received endless positive feedback about them both and everyone knew that the photos would be great. They were, in fact, exceptional. Our special day was captured exactly how we wanted it to be with natural shots. We cannot recommend the boys highly enough and you will not be disappointed. We have since used Humpston and Bull’s services for a family shoot, again, we weren’t disappointed. Lee Was really friendly, down to earth, and the photo’s were exactly what I wanted.

We had a family photo shoot with Lee outdoors. Lee put us at ease straight away. He was so lovely. He knew all the best spots to take the photographs and although the weather was against us he carried on and did as many as we wanted. He was also brilliant with our little girl and put her at ease too, which meant we got some beautiful photos. Amazing! Lee was our wedding photographer 4 years ago & I could not fault the service that was provided. Not only was our day captured beautifully but we felt so very comfortable around him. We have also recently had a family photoshoot, again the pictures are amazing but Lee was so good with put two little boys it made the whole experience alot less stressful for us. Well, where to start. My wife and I felt extremely comfortable with Lee from our first meeting with him. He’s extremely true and honest which makes him easy to talk to and discuss ideas with. With Covid our original wedding was postponed, believing Lee wouldn’t be able to make the new date he consulted with us and found us another photographer who suited our style. Nevertheless, Lee was in fact able to make it to our wedding, 4 hours away from his home. He went above and beyond for us, keeping in contact leading up to the big day to make sure everything was set. It sounds strange but you’d hardly know he was there, he’s like an invisible photographer, able to capture magic without being seen or interfering in anyway. We received a few samples only days after our wedding and couldn’t have expected all of our photos to come so quickly soon after. We cannot express how much we love our photos, they captured the day perfectly. We highly recommend Lee, his work is unbelievable and he is an amazing person.

We used Humpstonandbull in 2017 for our wedding & have since kept in touch using Lee for family photoshoots & we will only use him going forward for any occasion that we would love to be captured. I think that speaks volumes ... From our initial meeting with Lee & Grahame there was no doubt that were not going to use them - they felt as invested and excited about our wedding as we did, it didn't just feel like 'another job' they were truly passionate and it showed! We kept in touch throughout the lead up & on the day Lee was with me (the bride) capturing images of the morning and the preparation - he managed to float around snapping away, joining in with the fun & giddiness!! Lee & Grahame moved onto the venue where they spent the rest of the day (and into the night) this was my favourite thing about using these guys - they didn't just stay until the first dance, they stayed well into the night ... it honestly felt like they were wedding guests - they were not stuffy and obvious, stood on the side line, they were involved - enjoying themselves, it was brilliant, and it shows in the pictures that they captured! For those more 'structured' pictures we had - the guys knew how awkward we felt, but they really did put us at ease, we had a laugh about it and they made us feel so relaxed. Humpstonandbull captured our day perfectly and we feel in debt for them as each picture provides such amazing memories of such an incredible day. You will be hard pushed to find service, quality, professionalism (and fun) anywhere else - Lee really has an amazing talent and we cannot thank him enough. Jade & Ben x

Lee was the photographer at our wedding at Calke Abbey Riding School in Derbyshire, June 2019. My wife and I live in Australia and organising the wedding remotely was challenging. Lee was extremely easy to work with. He was approachable and helped with planning via phone calls / skype. On the day Lee was fantastic. He knew where to go to get the best shots and made us both feel at ease. His approach was not imposing and for the most part the photographers blended into the background and captured the atmosphere.
