Mamad was our photographer for our wedding in August 2022 (having postponed from our original date in 2020 due to covid). He was always quick to respond to emails and was very accommodating and responsive during our postponements. On the day, Mamad was such a calming and non obtrusive presence and we loved all our wedding photos. Everyone said how well Mamad’s pictures captured the feel of the day. We wanted a local photographer who would capture natural photographs, the ones where people are caught in the moment unaware that the camera is on them. We are so pleased to have chosen Twig & Vine. Mamad is so friendly and approachable. He covered the whole day from getting ready prior to the ceremony right through to the first dance. He was extremely calm and professional and made everyone feel at ease. He also worked the venue incredibly well without being noticed for the most part yet managed to capture the most beautiful photos of our special day. I would really recommend Mamad as a wedding photographer! We booked Mamad because we liked his style and he had a great online gallery to get a sense of his work which was really helpful, we also liked the pricing structure which was clear and straight forward. We had to re-arrange our wedding date 3 times and Mamad was very responsive with confirming his availability each time. We had an engagement shoot which was included in the package, and definitely made us feel more at ease having our picture taken. The questionnaire we filled out before the wedding day was very clear, and Mamad was very organised on the day arriving on time and knowing exactly which shots we wanted. We hardly noticed him which is a great compliment as he got some amazing shots of the day without taking up lots of our time! After the wedding we got 10 photos on Instagram within a week and our full album followed much more quickly than we were expecting given how many weddings Mamad has been shooting recently!! We couldn’t be happier with the photos and now just need to choose our favourites. The online gallery is really easy to share with family and friends so that’s been really helpful. Thank you Mamad! Mamad was very understanding and such a genuine nice person. At first I was very nervous as I feel weird in front of the camera. My husband was a bit more relaxed but Mamad kept us talking and eventually we both got used to being photographed. Even though he was so booked and busy, he sent our album so fast and we got a ton of visual memories. We choose Twig&Wine as we loved the style of editing and mood. It was clear that Mamad tries to capture REAL moments, which we loved. My mom couldn’t be on the wedding because of Covid, but she told me as she was looking at the pics, it felt like she was there. After having met Mamad we were very impressed by his portfolio of wedding photos and by his calm and reassuring demeanor. During our engagement shoot we were very impressed by how professional yet relaxed Mamad made the day, he was very reassuring and helped us both to get a really good idea of what to expect on our wedding day. We could not of asked for anything more from Mamad for our wedding photography. From the first moment that we emailed to enquire about services we have just felt so at ease. We never once stressed or worried about the service we were getting or the pictures we’d receive. We absolutely loved the work we saw on Facebook/Instagram and then again when we saw our engagement shoot. But even that didn’t prepare us for our blown away we were when we received our wedding photos. It was like reliving the whole day. Thank you so much Mamad!
