We booked Rachel to photograph our baby girl for her newborn photos. Our experience was amazing from start to finish! Going to Rachel’s studio was our first outing as a family and Rachel couldn’t have made us feel any more comfortable and at ease than she did. She is a very talented photographer and we our absolutely in love with our photos! She put so much thought in to each part of our journey and we would definitely love to have her photograph us again in the future. We would definitely recommend Rachel to anyone looking for beautifully natural photos. Xo

Our experience was extremely positive from start to end! Rachel was amazing, both my husband and I are camera shy and were reluctant to be in the photos, preferring to capture our girls (8 year old & 6 weeks old) instead. However with Rachel’s relaxed supportive approach and guidance we soon changed our mind and we’re so pleased we did! The photo shoot was great fun and that fun and love was captured beautifully in the pic’s. Rachel is a very talented photographer. We love her natural and nurturing approach. All our photo are stunning and many emotional tears were shed not just mine!! Where is the option to give a 10-star review for Rachel?! We have had the most wonderful experience with her, throughout our bump to baby package. Not only is her work amazing, her attention to detail is spot-on, and she has a lovely way with people - the babies, the toddlers and the adults alike! She very much puts people at ease, and doesn’t make it feel like you’re having a full-on photo shoot. Some extra things I just loved about Rachel was all of the very much overlooked things, such as the beautiful, calm studio space she has created, the drinks and snacks she offers, the beautifully detailed and presented info packs and images sent to your home address to name a few. I even missed my first maternity shoot due to extreme mum/baby brain and she accommodated me on the day I initially thought it was! Absolute miracle, and such a great gesture. Rachel was also brilliant with the kids whilst taking photos in our home, and as parents we really felt at ease in the studio with a very active toddler banging around the place as we chose our prints. I would love to work with Rachel again in the future, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Thanks again!

We booked Rachel to photograph both our daughters as newborns and they were both such wonderful experiences. The sessions are so calm and chilled, despite numerous interruptions (nappy changes, feeds etc). Rachel is so patient and encouraged us to take our time, making us all feel at ease. The studio is a gorgeous space and all her products are so beautiful and of high quality. We are delighted with our photos from Rachel! We looked at a few different photographers but found Rachel’s photos really captured the emotion. We are absolutely delighted with our experience! Rachel photographed our 13 week old baby girl, I had been worried that we had left it too late as we hadn’t got newborn pictures but it actually meant we got the perfect mix of sleepy and smiling pictures. Rachel was so lovely and made us feel relaxed even when our little one got really overtired and grumpy! She was also so patient as I really wanted some sleeping pictures but it took a while to get Ivy over to sleep. Our gallery of photos is incredible - I just love how natural they are, and we will treasure the images forever!

We had a newborn at home photo session with Rachel. From the very first contact with Rachel to enquire about her service through to her hand delivering our finished art work we could not have asked for a better experience. Rachel was wonderful, kind and understanding. Her communication was prompt. On the day of the session she was understanding of both our daughters requirements and mine as a healing new mum. The viewing day was great. The resulting pictures are wonderful and very tastefully edited. The slideshow brought a tear to my eye when we seen it for the first time! When Rachel delivered our artwork everything was beautifully presented was some lovely little extra touches. We will treasure the pictures forever.

I had my maternity shoot with Rachel on 17th of June and it was the loviest experience. She put both me and my partner at ease of the shoot - he is a little camera shy but took it in his stride and the pictures she captured of us and bump were absolutely beautiful. When i received them I got super emotional, Rachel has a real talent! Rachel is such a professional in her art although the shoot was informal which helped me and my partner to relax as we just chatted and laughed during it. It was a super hot morning, and the fact Rachel had refreshments on offer saved me😂. The online gallery was super easy to navigate also, I love how all our pictures are kept in the one place and secure. We can’t thank you enough! We have had our newborn shoot on 8th of September and the photos we received from these are absolutely stunning! I was getting emotional looking through them at our viewing and ordering session. I would highly recommend Rachel Kelly if you are looking for someone to capture photos and memories of your newborn or young baby. We had a truly wonderful experience with Rachel who captured our little girl, Ida, at 9 days old - so perfectly. I havn’t stopped looking at our images since I recieved them and I will cherish these forever. Rachel had a swift response time and lovely way of communicating from my first enquiry, I knew straight away we would be a good match. Rachel understood we were very anxious as first time parents and and at 9 days old we were nervous about how she would respond during the session as we were still getting to know her cues, noises, movements, feeding routines. With Rachel being a mum herself, and having lots of experience with newborns, she completely understood and reassured us that we would respond to Ida and work around her. We had to make an hour drive to get the Rachel’s Studio, as new parents we were aprehensive about this. However, Rachel made time when we arrived and during the session for our little one to feed, relax and settle. We also used the spacious Cafe downstairs, after the session; to refuel, relax and to feed Ida and make her comfortable before the journey home. Rachel made us, as parents, feel completely at ease and relaxed during the session allowing us to relax, with some lovely refreshments 🤗, while she settled and captured Ida. When Rachel photographed us with Ida she made it feel completely natural and unposed. It was like we were just in our own little bubble admiring Ida and the time flew by. Rachel you are truly wonderful at what you do, not only capturing pictures but helping to create special memories and providing a little comfort and relaxation for parents and babies in those early days of their lives. We cannot thank you enough!

It was really nice & relaxing to have Rachel come home take pictures of my newborn at 6 days old. Rachel was patient, gave us all the time we needed & really understood life with a newborn. We had endless feeds & priority was to keep baby happy which meant a lot to us. I had my newborn baby photographed by Rachel when he was 2 weeks old. Rachel was polite, approachable and friendly from the moment I enquired about a photoshoot. The whole process was made easy and stress free - with the added flexibility as I wasn't 100% sure when baby would arrive. I found Rachel's work on Instagram & loved her style of photography - very classic and natural looking. The shoot itself was amazing. Me and my partner were made to feel comfortable and the shoot revolves around our baby. There was no stress about time as Rachel told us she only photographs one family a day. We loved the day getting our family pictures taken. Then a week later we got our viewing session to see our pictures. We were blown away. Be prepared to wear waterproof mascara because it was truly special to see our little one come to life in photographs. Beautiful images that we ended up wanting all of them lol. We originally booked a newborn photoshoot with Rachel, but the pandemic had other plans and our baby was thirteen weeks old by the time we got to the studio. Rachel kept us updated with when we would be able to go ahead which was much appreciated and on the day had excellent Covid prevention rules in place which put us at ease. I didn't know how easy it would be to get good images of a very alert and curious baby as previously we have had photos done when our babies were just days old but Rachel has captured our little girl's personality beautifully. The studio is full of gorgeous natural light and Rachel set us all at ease making the process relaxed and enjoyable. We couldn't be happier with the images we have received. I highly recommend booking a session no matter what age your baby is!
