S.I had a great experience printing pictures and had great advice on what to purchase as a gift today, the lady was so friendly and helpful, i often feel under pressure in photo shops to choose and select pictures ect but I didn't feel this way at all today, she even took the time to help me pick a photo, you can really tell she took pride in her job, sorry can't remember her name but was working this this afternoon Sat 11th July, thank you
