Incredibly friendly staff! Make you feel really welcome and relaxed! Really professional and I was very impressed with the insanely talented photographer Luke! They had lots of props and lighting options! though I would have preferred more purple lighting personally for my brand, there’s still plenty of options. I’d definitely recommend Image1st and I will for sure be going back for any more photos I need :-) ! Really happy with the photos and look forward to another shoot with them :-) Though, I forgot to mention a couple of small insecurities I have about my face/ body so in retrospect it may be nice if they ask the customer beforehand if they have any insecurities they’d like the photographer to avoid accentuating from certain camera angles etc. or tell you when you are posing in a position that accentuates it because we can’t see what we are doing. Though that is the customer's responsibility to mention mostly, it would add a nice extra touch if they asked :).

I booked a photoshoot for my Wife's 50th. The experience from start to finish was exceptional. A very friendly team who do their very best to make sure you are relaxed. Dorian was brilliant over the phone with the bookings, very honest as well. On arrival he met us at the carpark , helped with our change of clothes and made us very welcome. I am so happy with photos shot for a multi tribute show at image1st. The team was very professional and had reference shots ready to steer the shoot in the right direction. I never felt rushed although the team were super busy. Make up artist will either touch up your make-up or start from scratch who has a great eye for detail- I don't recognise myself in the photos as the photographer unlocked a personality that I never knew I had and captured it through a lens! Couldn't be happier with the results and already thinking about booking another session.

Stellar! Honestly, fantastic! I'm an artist and music producer, and the press shoot that I went for at Image 1st was amazing. All the team members are so, so lovely, and really make you feel welcome the moment you enter their agency! Shoots come with complimentary, professional hair and make-up which really helped in my situation!! I'd just come from a very sweaty tube, and thought my shoot was ruined; they fixed me up in no time, and made me camera-ready! The photographers are extremely talented, and are expert at directing you, even if you aren't naturally confident or camera-shy! I was soon at ease, and got into the flow very quickly. Image 1st sent the images from the shoot over to me very quickly! The next day, I was able to choose which images I wanted grading/refining. The team were extremely speedy, also, at getting back to me with my final images. This was very convenient as I needed the photos in a bit of a hurry, so was very satisfied with the speedy process. All in all, I couldn't recommend Image 1st enough. Affordable, competitive pricing. No hidden costs. Definitely my preferred photography agency!! “I booked my photoshoot in Sept 2018 with Image 1st and must say that my whole experience with them, beginning to end, has been fantastic. I don’t live near London but chose to have my photoshoot here as I heard such good things about them beforehand. Right from the start the staff whom I liaised with (Diana and Luke) were more than happy to assist with any of my queries and requests (I certainly made a lot of them lol) - from arranging the photoshoot to editing photos. When I attended the photoshoot itself, the studio’s location is fairly central and easy to find and pleasant inside once there. All the staff were warm and welcoming. I’ve had a few photoshoots in the past and must say that the Makeup Artist Kally and photographer Luke were both really good at their jobs, in the quality of their work, compared to other places I have been to. I wanted photos that were glamorous but natural as well, and they both had their ways of capturing my vision. Also the set and backgrounds were quite sophisticated and ‘not cheesy’ like other places. The quality of the photos at the end were phenomenal, so wanted to say a big thank you to Image 1st.”

Used them for our hedge fund's investment team's headshots. They came into our office and were absolutely wonderful. There was a meeting that was overrun (by a VERY long time) in the space that we were meant to be doing the shoot, and they were absolutely wonderful about it. They got all the team done quickly, and even quietly so there was minimal disruption to the office. What could have been a very hectic day ended up being a very calm and productive hour and a bit. To confirm my seal of approval, the images were sent back very quickly for our choices, and even though it took a few weeks for all the guys to choose their favourite pictures, the DG Corporate team got the final retouched images back to us within 48 hours (might have even been a day). Would highly recommend working with Doren and his team.

Too many other studios charged next to nothing for the actual shoot but then expect you to pay £40+ for each photo afterwards - insane because of course there would be loads of pics you would want and you'd end up paying ££££££. Image 1st had the best value for money and the best portfolio out of all that I looked at. Emma did my hair and makeup beautifully, I only wish I could do it like that myself, and although I was super-nervous about being photographed, Motiejus made it easy and fun, I still chuckle when I remember his "happier, happier, happier!" to get me to smile :D

I was given great direction which really helped and the lighting and quality of the camera is brilliant. They were more than happy to answer all my questions before the booking and I couldn’t recommend them enough. I can’t wait to continue working on my fitness regime and come back again soon for another progress update shoot.
