Serena and the team were fantastic. Their ability to understand and deliver on the brief was spot on. Project management was very professional – return emails, answering questions, scheduling sessions etc were all done in a timely manner with great attention to detail. Serena’s relaxed, personable approach made the client(s) feel very welcome and comfortable – enjoying the experience, which she managed to capture in the pictures. The photos looked natural and sophisticated, but most of all they reflected the character of each individual. I wouldn’t hesitate commissioning Serena again.

Serena makes fabulous photos which, as an author and journalist, I use constantly for publicity! But recently I was asked by a woman's magazine to supply a picture of me as a child with my Mum for a Mother's day feature and realised I didn't have one! I couldn't go back in time but decided i didn't want my adult children to find themselves in that position in the future so asked Serena to come and do a family photoshoot with several different combinations and groups - age range 12 months to 93 years! A wonderful experience from start to finish. We are from the states, and our daughter is attending university in London in the fall. Senior portraits are an American tradition, and we thought it would be special to have them taken while we were visiting London in the spring. Serena listened to our daughter's interests and suggested SoHo as the backdrop for her photoshoot. Our daughter had a wonderful time with Serena, and came away from the experience feeling great! The photos are even more beautiful than we were expecting. Serena absolutely captured what is unique and special about our daughter. Also, behind the scenes, Serena's assistant, Lisa, is an absolute delight to work with. Lisa helped make a somewhat daunting prospect - arranging a photoshoot in a foreign country - so very easy! We also had some travel snafus and Lisa was so helpful and professional.
