We used the Flash Centre to purchase all the lighting equipment for a small photo studio in a single order. The prices of every item were competitive, if not the best we could find. The service was exceptional. I wasn't expecting a sales agent, as I was getting such a good deal on price. However, Michael quickly recognised that I had accidentally order 2 of the same item and quickly rectified my order before it was shipped. When one item had a small defect he also sent a replacement and arranged pick up within 24 hours.

Best Service! I spoke to a team member on the phone today, shame I can't remember his name! I wanted to order a colorama for next week and he gave me all the infos I needed with price comparison too and when I placed my order he made sure it got shipped straight away for me to get it on time. Had excellent service today from Christian and the team at TFC. Took my flash head in to get repaired and they did it for me immediately, 20 minutes later and it was fully fixed. Very knowledgeable staff, would thoroughly recommend.
