Reviews of The Harry Potter Photographic Exhibition
A. G.
Great exhibition, not sure if total value for money. Expensive for what it is. However....
Loved that it includes HP films series, Fantastic Beasts series and Cursed child. Including behind the scenes photos.
The snack area is fantastic - the design is gorgeous (better than the studios!). Loved the themed cakes.
Obligatory shop is small so not overwhelming.
The staff are lovely, when we went there were only about 10 other people there so practically had place to ourselves.
The fretwork around the tour is gorgeous.

A CHILDHOOD DREAM COME TRUE!
A true potter head and franchise fan most definitely should come here. It'd the easiest access and the price is phenomenal at £20! The even have real items worn by the cast themselves!
I had such a blast as someone who has grown up with Harry Potter it brings back so many memories.
R. G.
This is a really fun attraction, and I would definitely recommend it to a Harry Potter fan. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, very happy to chat to you about the exhibits or the books and films in general. The cafe has tasty treats at reasonable prices, and the gift shop is a nice size, full of things for fans of the series to enjoy.
The Ministry of Magic ID cards, and chance to get your photo taken on a broomstick make for fun souveniers.

Last minute decided to visit after seeing a poster for it outside of platform 9&3/4 at kings cross. £20 per person for tickets, and they had loads of availability, we gots tickets for entry 20 mins later. It was very quite, maybe because it was a sunday? Really good experiences with lots of photos and props from behind the scense. I definitely think you need to be a big Harry Potter fan to appreciate it. Not like the studios really so dont expect that. It took us maybe just over an hour to walk through the whole thing. Staff were incredibly friendly and chatty, giving us loads of info. The butter beer cafe was so cute, tad expensive but it is what it is. I got a witch's hat tart and a chocolate frog cake. Overall, I really enjoyed it and definitely worth a visit. Just don't expect the studios. Now I've done it i probably won't rush back to do it again, but I did enjoy the visit. One thing I would change would be adding more info to the plaques next to each photo. It just said the actors' names and the location, would be nice if it had abit more behind the scenes info and told us something new.
A. K.
Great new attraction. If you're a Harry Potter fan you'll love it. As we walked through the entrance, the staff were welcoming and this warm engaging approach continued throughout the experience. Rob S and Jasmine were lovely and explained lots of different things.
Loved the behind the scenes photos and reading the information that accompanied them.
The butter beer bar is nice, we sat in a booth and were eager to try the Jaffa cake and the witches hat cake along with the butter beer. Benita, behind the bar was lovely and explained how to pour the butter beer to get the lovely frothy top. We were taking photos and Emily came over and asked my husband and I if we'd like a photo together, which was lovely.
Our experience finished in the gift shop, where we purchased a few souvenirs. Again the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
N. B.
Absolutely loved this! Great exhibition and was very quiet when we went. The butterbeer bar is beautiful. There is lots of attention to detail all the way round. Extras like photos and food is a little pricey, but it is everywhere. Would def recommend.
T. H.
As a huge Harry Potter fan this did not disappoint you learn so much through the photos of behind the scenes of the making of it & plus you get to see some of the original stuff used in the films, the staff there are very informative & take time to talk to you about it all & answer any questions you may have. Overall a fantastic experience.
S. V.
A Harry Potter fan must.... Great behind the scenes photos of all the Harry Potter films including some props, costumes and lots of written and video information to take in. You can get your picture taken on a broomstick, no pressure to buy! Staff were very helpful and attentive, go at your own speed,no-one rushes you, great to be able to take photos as we went around. Cafe and gift shop at the end, bottled Butterbeer available 🍻
C. P.
I think to big Harry Potter 's fans, it's worth visiting. For some, it might be a bit boring and descriptive just to read and watch the behind the scene document.
It would be nice to have some interactive bits to make it more interesting.
Some of the photos are quite grainy and low quality.
U can also try butter beer at the canteen area. And souvenir area (of cos) is available.
Be careful at the queue to pay, social distancing wasn't well planned as it blocks the way out.
Staffs are super friendly, attentive and helpful.
D. M.
This has been a truly fantastic experience and it is perfect for any Harry Potter fans. The Photography is amazing, along with great facts, props and much more. The staff were warm, welcoming and really friendly, sharing there knowledge and experience. It took about an hour to go around and it was really enjoyable and fun. Great experience, I would highly recommend and I'd definitely come back and do it again.
L. R.
Ahhh, for what you pay, this was not my of tea. I'm a fan for sure (read/watched it all etc) but essentially, it's just a bunch of photos of the films with captions saying whose in them.. The photos aren't even that jaw dropping, just be some of the actors chilling having a chat.. Credit where it is due though - the staff guides were the highlight as they knew little interesting behind the scenes tid-bits, and some of the props were cool. If you have money to spend and your a HP Nut then go ahead, but probably not for your mid-range fans
K. S.
Must do for any Harry Potter fan.
We stumbled across this after visiting the Transport Museum a few doors down and had a few hours to kill before our next stop so we booked tickets via the QR code on the door which took 5 minutes.
Staff were great, welcoming and asking different questions which made the whole experience feel very organic and engaging, like the staff actually cared then they asked what our favourite film was.
The entire tour are photographs and information of all films as well as the Cursed Child and Fantastic Beast series.
The Butterbeer bar served several different snacks, cakes, sandwiches and hot meals.
Prices are a little high (almost £14 for 2 butter beers) but you do get to keep a commemorative tankard which you can wash and then take with you afterwards so you could say it’s worth the price.
There are several photo opportunities where you can take a photo on a broom or even create a Ministry of Magic passport both of which come at extra costs.
The gift shop has a huge range of items and merchandise you would expect from a Harry Potter attraction. We picked up two house face masks and paid £10.
N. S.
Any Harry Potter fan would love this! There were a lot of pictures & interesting info. The only downside was we booked the 17:00 time slot & that was way to short to be there if you are a big fan & want to know all the info.
The staff are so friendly & have so much knowledge but I felt so rushed and we had to skip a lot of it because we didn’t have time. They talk a lot which is good but not when you’re in a rush. I couldn’t find the closing time on their website either. So sad, especially for the price. I would have loved to relaxingly look & listen.
The best part was visiting the Butterbeer Bar. The cakes & drink were delicious but again we had to rush. Don’t go at 17:00.
S. B.
Really enjoyed our visit to the Harry Potter Photography Exhibition, the staff were amazing very knowledgeable, talked about the props and exhibits. Was good to see and learn more about the film series and the making of it.
The Butterbeer bar was well themed, food was very good, tasted nice and good quality.
The shop staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nice exhibition and right next to Covent Gardens so easy to get to.
A. G.
It's ok. They literally have just framed tiles of the stills from the movie. No backend story whatsoever. They have a broomstick prop and a telephone booth.. that's all the pics you can take. It would have been nice if instead of the movie scene, they could tell the backdrop of the making of that scene. If someone is coming here, they obviously are HP fan n know the movie scene by scene movie by movie. But what extra details are you providing? Too pricey and not much to look at. I'd rather suggest to go to Warner brothers studio instead.
C. H.
Anything to do with Harry Potter is always out of this world! This was suge a great insight into the behind the scenes of the films! Highly recommend it
s. a.
Although a little sceptical I loved our visit today. Lots of information alongside photos and film clips. Fun green screen experience. Cafe was a highlight with fantastic design features. We tried the butter beer and had paninis that were excellent, also tried the themed cakes. Sorry my photos do not do them justice. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and staff very attentive, well worth a visit.
w. s.
Really cool place even if you're not into Harry potter. All the authentic movie props etc. Looking forward to the studio's next.
L. G.
If you love Harry Potter you will love it here!! Lots of background info and pics of behind the scenes. Staff interact with you adding extra facts which you may or may not already know. However, I think you would only want to visit once, I can't see how it could be added to.
R. I.
Not the biggest of Harry Potter fans but my girlfriend loved it. Was nice seeing some of the props used in the movie too. Staff were exceptionally friendly and full of interesting facts.
J. A.
Had a fantastic time at the Harry Potter photo exhibit! The behind the scenes photos are amazing the staff are very friendly and happy to help. I especially found Micheal very helpful and gave some very good facts about the behind the scenes. I felt like he had very good knowledge on the Harry Potter movies and I think he would be great at the Harry Potter studio tour! I would give him a big 10/10 for being helpful, kind and like I said giving facts about the movies :) I would definitely go back again and recommend this to my friends and family.
L. B.
Was just okay. The behind the scenes photos were cool to see as a potterhead but I feel like we didn't learn anything new.
It would have been 2 stars if it wasn't for the butterbeer bar which beautifully laid out & always happy to drink butterbeer.
Would not recommend especially if you are making a trip specifically for this, but if you are in the area, have a spare hour, spare £20 & are a massive harry potter fan then its a good time filler.
D. D.
Absolutely loved this exhibition. Behind the scenes videos & photos, ministry of magic, flying letters and to top it off, amazing butterbeer at the end.
Really, really enjoyable exhibition. Staff as knowledgeable & friendly as you’d expect and food & butterbeer from the butterbeer bar/cafe at the end is a must.
C. B.
This is the perfect place for any Harry Potter super fan!! When you walk in out of the busy street you are transported into the wizarding world. The atmosphere is very mysterious and the butterbeer is truly magical! The pictures and sketches really show how the movies became reality. The staff are very friendly and always started a conversation about my Harry Potter attire! You must visit!!
S. S.
Staff were amazing, very friendly. There is some very interesting information in the photos and comments on the photos. There is a green screen area so you can take a photo on a broom etc. They are not pushy about this which was great!
N. H.
Went to the exhibition having been to the studio tour 6 times so a very much Harry Potter fan.
I thought it was brilliant, it's not big so I would say 2 hours to get round, but if you don't read everything then you can get round quicker, but pointless going if you don't read the info.
Lovely cafe with hot and cold sandwiches served with a little shop.
Highly recommend
G. H.
Loved it, tells you many details of all the movies and stage show that you never knew aswell as getting a butter beer at the end. 5 star
R.
As soon as I got to the door the young lady was friendly and delightful, even the security fella was on top form. Once I saw the Weasleys' car you're instantly immersed in the wizarding world, I walked down stairs to be greeted by a lovely blonde young lady, who's name I didn't catch, but she had some great little bits of magic about the international books and Harry's robe.
This is a constant theme as you walk through, I hoped to have remembered there names, but I was so entranced by there magical gifts of knowledge and the exhibition itself I sadly do not remember. Another young lady with curly hair was amazing, she was as you come through to the coins and Warwick Davis bit, she spoke to me for 5 - 10 minutes about all things Potter which was followed up by another young man who also gave me some great nuggets, he also recommended the studio tour which I subsequently visited afterwards, booking in that minute.
The young theatrical man in the next part with curly hair was great, his behind the scenes stories of Michael Gambon and Ralph Fiennes (plus many many others) were extraordinary in Dumbledores section. He continued the magic round on the props part and caught him again on the shell cottage part, which leads to Voldemorts section, where he absolutely blew my mind with things I've shared with everyone, even my nan.
Sadly the couple lads taking the broom and green screen pictures, didn't seem to like there jobs, also the ginger haired woman lacked the energy her previous colleagues did. It put a slight downer on the Hermoine part she was on, plus the fantastic beasts/Cursed child section at the end missed the magic the previous interactors gave.
That being said, the green walls of the ministery and the amazing looming emblems of MACUSA and the French ministry of magique still give off that spark of magic. The phone box makes for a great photo opportunity, with great behind the scenes pictures beside it of my favourite actors in costume smiling together.
The Butter Beer bar is amazing, the bottle and the cup are magnificently designed too, I was given a nice tip on a photo opportunity and enjoyed the sweet nectar. Finished off in the gift shop, where I purchased Voldemorts wand, after seeing his robes how could I not.
I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the vast majority of the team was great, I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I did.
R.
Great place for Harry Potter fans. Lots of photos and props, taken during the years of shooting movies. Also got a themed cafe and a gift shop.
M. M. D.
Really well presented lay out, very interesting facts and interactive screens plus great photo opportunities, such as on a broomstick, a Ministry ID and much more! The staff were fantastic and friendly, the cafe serves some wonderful butterbeer and a selection of cakes (including vegan and gluten free etc) the staff also ensure allergies are considered! Also, there’s a wonderful little gift shop that sells candy, books, wands, clothes etc. 10/10 would go again!
A. S.
If you've been to the WB Studio Tours & have the means to go back there, skip this event. Small scale version & no where near even half as good. But friendly welcoming staff, clean and well spaced out, plus extra star for the butterbeer bar
S. T.
Great to see the behind the scenes photo at the exhibition. Think it's great to have this available and a fun experience. Felt a bit like a introduction to the production before visiting Harry Potter studios in Watford.
S. K.
A hidden treasure for all Harry Potter fans. Wonderful 5 star service from the freindly engaging staff. They were fans themselves and full of amazing facts and trivia about the franchise. My only critique is that it's alot of money for a relatively short experience, that's the only reason this isn't a 5 star review. Having said that it was an amazing experience and a highlight of our day
R. K. T. S.
It's just some photos and videos. It was fun and nostalgic, but I didn't feel like it was worth the ticket price. The butter beer was good though :)
It's presented as a photo exhibition but the lights are focussed on the exhibits only so our faces are mostly shadowed when we take pictures.
C. M.
I had fun there. A lot of interesting things plus original items from the movie.
M. P.
Amazing Harry Potter photograghic exhibition with behind the scenes photos of the cast and information adding to the Harry Potter World studios experience.
S. B.
Was a good hour or so... but pricy for what it was. Friendly lovely staff
a. g.
Very nice place to go and understand the hard work behind movie making
T. H.
Great for all the HP fans + The Bottled Butterbeer Bar is just an amazing idea 🪄 🔮
K. C.
Had a lovely day with my daughter who is a massive Harry Potter fan. Lovely friendly staff that assisted with information and answers.
D. T.
what's a great place for any harry potter fan!
M. C.
This was enjoyable to walk round and seeing the behind scenes photos and objects on display
D. P.
We went here using complimentary tickets after visiting the Studio Tour. Naturally, it doesn't compare to the full tour, but there's a lot to see regardless. The staff were full of knowledge and eager to share!
C. B.
I went to to the photo exhibition with a friend yesterday. Everyone was so friendly and had so much knowledge about Harry Potter, it was really interesting. It was nice and quiet and easy to get around in my wheelchair. When we were in the shop we were talking to the staff and I was explaining that I was trying to collect a Salazar Slytherin card from a chocolate frog, and that I have the other 3 houses, but not him. The lady explained that if I got a chocolate frog in a tin, I get 5 cards not just one. So I decided to get that, 5 chances to get that card is better than one. I have to thank this lady so much, because as I open my tin, I had all 4 houses and dumbledore. It really has made my day. So thank you, I'm sorry I didn't get your name, but I'm very grateful you picked out my tin. XXX
h. a.
Great family place and all of the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Perfect place for any Harry potter/fantastic beasts lover
S. F.
Great day out for any hp fan
L. H.
If you've been to the studio tour this photo exhibition is not really worth it. Hence the three to four stars from me. If you haven't been and enjoy looking at photos then it's great. The setup is really nice, staff is great, you even get the broomstick green screen and ministry of magic ID card option for min 20£ extra. The best part is the butterbeer bar. 6.95£ for a small bottle plus souvenir cup. The pop corn was cold and a bit soggy, but great flavour options. Clean toilets too and when I went it was almost empty which was really nice. Really depends how much of a die hard fan you are, not suitable for children as for them it's probably boring.
m. m.
Great place to visit if a Harry Potter fan. The staff throughout were all very knowledgeable on all things Harry Potter and where able to give info on things about the movies that you probably didn't know. All the staff where quite helpful and really friendly.
z. z.
I strongly recommend! The nicest place I've been in a while! The exhibition itself isn't too big but plenty to see and will probably be expanded with time. Very creative and cool butter beer bar and nice gift shop. But let me tell you about the people who work there ...loveliest people I met! Every single one of them I talked to (and that was a lot of people) were amazing! So nice and lovely, friendly and very knowledgeable on all Harry Potter topics. Best people ever! And for that alone I'll be visiting again! Also very tasty butter beer and cupcakes!!!
E. T.
Absolutely loved this exhibition. Friendly and knowledgeable team to guide you through. Our Assistance furbaby had a blast! Hufflepuff all the way!
The butterbeer bar is awesome and the gift shop is dangerous, alot of fun things to buy. There is lots of attention to detail all the way round. Extras like photos are fun, a little pricey but when in Rome.
Definitely recommended.
s.
Great experience! Really hidden away but more people need to see it! Tom is a great member of staff who knows his facts. Had a great conversation about the films and books with him!
N. R.
Great exhibition for Harry Potter fans , staff welcoming and knowledgeable including our favourite of the day Willem . Very knowledgable and provided us with a little known fact about the books in dumbledores study . Really enjoyed our visit and loved the butter beer and stein in the bar .
R.
I'm not sure why you wouldn't give this five stars.
Even if you've been to the Warner Bros studio, this is well worth the visit. There are various photos showing behind the scenes shots from the films, various props from the movies and staff with incredible knowledge that puts my Potter knowledge to shame!
Definitely worth the visit for any Potter fan, movie fan or anyone in the Covent Garden area!
A. R.
Very interesting in detail experience of how they put together the film. Wonderful companion to the studio tour experience
J. H.
We really enjoyed seeing all the behind the scene photos and the staff were keen to offer more info. The broom photo op was fun and the butter beer bar was cool
R. R.
Needed to kill 2 hours whilst in London. See this online and we'll worth a visit if Harry Potter fan or just a how did they do it buff.
Strongly recommend
J. W.
Girlfriend is a big Harry Potter fan so we went for a look. It's nothing special, but has a nice cafe at the end. Doesn't compare to the Warner Brothers Studio tour as it's just lots of photos and a few videos to look at. You will get more for your money at the Studio Tour in Watford so do that instead if you haven't already.
T. R.
Amazingg, I took my boyfriend as a surprise and he absolutely loved it. We just wish it lasted longer. The butterbeer was a nice end to our visit.
L. B.
Thoroughly enjoyable afternoon, a must-see for all Potter fans. The range of photos and props were excellent, beautifully displayed and theres even opportunity to get your own photos taken. The bottled Butterbeer was also delicious (that's coming from someone who doesnt usually like the stuff!)
Best part of all though were the friendly staff, in particular Will, who gave us so many fun facts about the books and films.....if you do go, make sure you speak to him or the other staff, it really heightens the experience!
T. H.
A must for true Harry Potter fans, staff give you a good knowledge of film content you may not be aware of.
T. P. F. W. W.
Great exhibition for Harry Potter fans, in depth behind the scenes photos and memorabilia with never before told production secrets from the wizarding world of Harry Potter along with a lovely themed cafe serving butterbeer and a well stocked merchandise store
D. E.
It's OK if you really like Harry Potter, but really not worth the £20 entrance. From the promo we expected to hear about / see a lot of behind the screens fun facts. Instead we had image descriptions which literally said what we saw on the picture (e.g. Daniel Radcliffe standing), barely any behind the screens pictures, and just generally very limited information.
The buttlebeer bar is beautiful and the staff are great, but when they tell you more than the exhibition itself, you know not a lot of effort went into this.
r. R.
Amazing!! Robert, William and Geraldine to name but a few wonderful members of staff that worked the day of our visit 2/08/21. I visited with my son Harry Potter obsessed fanatic. The staff knowledge about every single detail was out of this world. So clean, very Covid safe. Food was good, fresh a little bit expensive. But it doesn’t matter. Super amazing and magical well done and thank you.
S. F.
The exhibition is amazing, some really nice behind the scenes candid shots of the cast crew and sets.
Be aware the range in the shop is limited.
O. A.
Not worth the ticket price. I would recommend going to the Studio Tour and paying a little bit more but for a far better experience.
I wouldn't go even if it was for free.
N. K.
Must visit, especially if you can't make it to the actual studio. The staff was really friendly and knew everything about the set. Staff really interact with you and ask for your opinions. The whole place was extremely clean, enough sanitisers. The butter beer wasn't my favourite but definitely should try if you visit this place.
M. D.
LOVED IT! The photos were BRILLIANT!
GOOD photo opportunities HOWEVER I thought the ' green screen ' photo opportunities were EXPENSIVE. The cafe was worth a visit. The shop has very similar stock and pricing to 9 3/4 at King's Cross. Overall ENJOY IT!
E. f.
As a Potter enthused family, who have been fortunate to have visited The Warner Bros studios many times, we felt rather disappointed with this exhibit. There were moments of interest , but these were few and far between and certainly not reflected in the price of the ticket. However, the saving grace, was the new Butterbeer Bar, at the finale to the exhibit. It was small but atmospheric and beautifully done.
S. E.
Great thing to do for any Harry Potter fan, some really interesting facts and photos and staff were on hand to help with questions!
Butter beer bar just adds the cherry on the cake!
G. G.
It was ok. Given that it is a photo exhibition, the photos are in quite a low resolution. I thought there could be a few more props too, given how many there are. Butterbeer bar is nicely done. The guy in the shop knows his facts about wands! A nice trip if you are going to be in the Covent Garden area, but wouldn't recommend for a specific trip as it only takes 30-40 mins to get around.
B. S.
I thoroughly enjoyed it and the staff were excellent. Attentive and friendly.
The exhibition was well laid out with plenty of space. We visited on a Saturday at about 12 and it wasn't too busy at all.
I have three minor issues which is why 4 stars rather than 5.
Firstly, whilst the photographs and exhibits are gorgeous, the descriptions are pretty lackluster. "XYZ playing 123, with ABC playing 456. Talent, XYZ and ABC" was basically every single description.
Secondly, the price. Whilst £20 per person doesn't seem too bad, you're in there for an hour and bit and it just doesn't work out as good value. Then, you get a photo taken and they charge quite a lot and the quality wasn't the best.
Finally, whilst the gift shop was excellent with plenty of choice, it was cramped. In these social distancing times it did make me a little uneasy.
S. S.
We absolutely loved this experience the exhibition is brilliant for us Harry Potter fans 🧙 the staff we brilliant and avid fans too which made the experience even better! Nicholas was so welcoming then we met Tomas who was nearly as big a fan as we are and made it so much fun & he is still out fav boy, to Martha who we had a brilliant in depth conversation about Harry Potter books and the films and our innermost feelings !!! All three made out day and I think will never forget being quizzed about Dumbledores middle names 🤣 We had a amazing day Thank you so much 😘🥰😘🧙🧹
C. P.
Surprise ticket and to be honest not really a good grasp of what attraction was...but..was a great couple of hours. Staff all Potter heads and desperate to impart their facts to you. Pictures tell an unseen story of what was often going on behind the camera. Accompanying photo text interesting and focused. Some set props etc dotted around for good measure. Favourite picture Voldermort with full makeup wearing leisure outfit and loafers.
M. N.
As far as the experience goes, for Harry Potter fans, defn worth the trip. Enjoyed reading about behind the scenes....all very interesting. Only reason I marked down because I had an elderly person with me and through the whole experience there were no seats. She ended up sitting on the floor. The butterbeer bar is at the end and the butterbeer was really good. Brought home a souvenir beer 🍺.
M. B.
It's OKAY. If you are a significant fan of the franchise you will definitely enjoy it. The music soundtrack in the exhibition is fantastic.
M. N.
Loved it!! Lots of reading about the behind the scenes with many photos on display which were taken on set.
The butter beer at the end, along with the creative desserts tasted really good and was a great add to the experience, I advise that you dont miss it!
G. “.
I recently visited here with my daughter who is a "Potterhead" I'm told and to my surprise I quite enjoyed it. The photos were exquisite and a highly detailed description was posted beside each one. Scattered throughout the exhibition there were a few props from the movie supplied be the WB studios where the films were made, that was a nice surprise. If you are a fan I would def recommend you hv a look. You won't be disappointed.
J. I.
The photos are beautiful and the staff very knowagble and will answer questions we have yet to try the butterbeer cafe but intend to go back for this the shop is small but got a wide range of mercendise. A must do for any potter fan.
C. M.
Love Love Love this! We enjoyed it so much! Spent so much time here its amazing! Lovely staff too
K. V.
A small exhibition with some key objects from the movies and mostly photos and footage. You can learn a lot about the little details in all movies.
R. C.
Absolutely fantastic! The staff were so informative and lovely (and fun!)! The images were great and lots of fun facts! Plenty of opportunities to take fun photos of ourselves! Tomas was especially awesome and spent so much time chatting to us and telling us cool facts! The butterbeer was much better than the studio tours butterbeer and the cakes were amazing!
C. W.
It was such wonderful experience. A must for any Harry Potter fan. If you see a staff member called Tomas talk with him as he has a vast knowledge of Harry Potter and was so friendly
S. R.
Absolutely fantastic experience 👏 Amazing photographs and props. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. There's a lovely gift shop and you can buy Bottled Butterbeer in the lavishly decorated café at the end of the exhibition.
A visit here must be done if you are a true Potter head 😉
D. V.
Interesting exhibition, the staff is very knowledgeable. Don't miss the butterbar bar, it is incredible!
C. K.
A place to go visit and see more Harry Potter magic of the film. More magical inside.
L. G.
Firstly, staff were very friendly.
Overpriced for what it was, I'd prefer a little more info about the photos and filming.
J. B.
Very much enjoyed. More fun facts and behind scenes info would be good. Butter beer wasn't obvious as cafe quite dark and hard to hear, so missed that. Nice food and good service.

This is a very fun experience , I visited a few says after it came out and it's a smaller version of the studios in Watford but with some added extras like butter bear bars and an opportunity to buy a ministry of magic passport ( although the passports are easily made at home for a cheeper price which is what I did as all there doing is stapling 2 pieces of card together with writing on them ) 5 stars for any Harry potter fan or a family day out !
L. C.
Not as good as the Studio tour in Leavesden but good for Harry Potter fans who have an hour or so to spend in Covent Garden. We completed the tour in 45 mins but didn't have any professional photos taken. Visitors can spend time in the cafe and shop afterwards.
L. Y.
Amazing afternoon out, staff were so lovely and chatty and gave us loads of fun facts and stories on the things we were looking at, plus the Butterbeer bar is perfection 😍
J. W.
Have spent a lovely afternoon at Harry Potter photographic exhibition ,the pictures are amazing and the two member's of staff who helped out with snippets of information we didn't know about as we walked around was so intresting. We had a lovely lunch and the butter bear went down very well ,my son evan had a cookie which he said tasted so good .Had a fabulous time would definitely recommend a visit .

Fantastic precursor to the studio tour. Brilliant staff, plenty to see and learn about the workings behind the film. Also fun photo opportunities to be had

Pretty darn good. Alot of cool Harry Potter un seen pics and bits. Butterbear pub and gift shop is a bit expensive but what can you do. Pretty worth it with the staff being very knowledgeable
L.
Nice day trip staff were friendly and the cafe was clean a nice place to eat. Some of the food reasonable for the location

The photos are fascinating but the knowledge the staff have is second to none. The curly haired Hufflepuff (William?) Was amazing. And everyone was so friendly and helpful!!

Very very interesting and good service. Definitely worth a visit for Harry Potter fans. Bit disappointed about the lack of Remus and Lucius photos but all around very wonderful place to go
F. G.
Amazing day out

I enjoyed my visit to the photographic experience, however felt a bit more could have been done in making the visitors feel part of the experience, for the time spent inside, I don't think the price reflects this, a bit on the steep side, Harry Potter fans like myself regardless of price will go ahead with the experience, yet a slight disappointment, I've done it, can tick this off my list, nothing to bring me back here or share my excitement out to others.

Worth going for behind the scene photos and some film set costumes. The butter beer bar is good and, when we visited, easy to get a seat.
C. B.
Amazing place! Super easy to find and the pictures were amazing. Truly worth going. The butter beer was superb and the cafe was too cute for words

(Translated) Original experience that allows you to immerse yourself in the details of all the films. Some accessories are present, but the most interesting remains the text that accompanies the images.
Totally not recommended if you're not a fan of the franchise, or you don't understand English. I had no problems understanding, but there is no French translation.
A must if you are doing the Making Of during your stay.

(Translated) I put 4 stars because this museum does not accept cash! book your tickets online because no entry is possible without it! Nice universe and nice photos! it reminded me of the recent TV show that aired at CHRISTMAS on HBO. Staged on a green background at the end, it's up to you to buy the photos!

(Translated) An experience of 10! The staff are lovely at all times, and they are always ready to take pictures of you (with your mobile).
You will find curiosities and details that you could not imagine from the Harry Potter films and you can even get your own ID from the Ministry of Magic (for £ 20 or £ 30 if you take two).
Essential stop at the ButterBeer Bar, although the drink does not go very there (mixture of sparkling water, caramel and a lot of sugar) the place is great! And also your store. If you see something you like, BUY IT! You won't find it on the Warner Bros Studio Tour.

(Translated) Very cute. More suitable for teenagers than children, but my daughter still appreciated it a lot.
Perhaps a little contained for the price it has and consider that if you want a photo I'm complaining another 20 pounds.
(Original)
Carinissima. Più adatta ad adolescenti che a bambini ma mia figlia l’ha comunque apprezzata molto.
Forse un po’ contenuta per il prezzo che ha e considerate che se volete una foto sono lamento altre 20 sterline.

(Translated) Interesting but quite expensive.
They could offer a butterbeer at the end considering the price.
(Original)
Intéressant mais assez cher.
Ils pourraient offrir une bière au beurre à la fin vu le prix.
