I applied for may passport on Thursday 9th July, I was really unsure as to how to apply digitally however I had spoke to a very helpful young lady by the name of Sharon, two days prior to my visit to snappy snaps. Sharon assured me that she would be able to help me if I popped into the shop. I came in the following day but unfortunately it was Sharons day off however I was assisted by another very pleasant and helpful young lady who explained that she was only filling in and was unable to assist me in applying for my passport but would be able to take the photo’s, to which I agreed, she said that Sharon would be back the next day and could I come in again. As a pensioner with time on my hands I went back the following day, I explained to Sharon what had happened and she proceeded to talk me through applying for my passport. I had a very warm welcome from both members of staff, they were very patient and helpful and didn’t rush me in any way so I would like to say thank you for that, also I have received my new passport today, less than two weeks after applying. I keep reading that people are waiting weeks even months to get there passports processed but I say they should to to SNAPPY SNAPS and get help from your staff and maybe they would get there’s as quickly as I got mine, many thanks from Diana Hasan

Friendly customer service. Unfortunately mugs with printed pictures are really bad quality, do not recommend. Even tried wash with warm water before use, it cracked all over. Mugs can work only as decoration or used with cold drink. Price wise would be great value if mugs would be stronger

We had Sharon take our baby’s passport photo. She was super helpful and very patient in helping us settle our baby girl and in the end she took the perfect photo which was approved with no problems

I needed some passport photos for my son who is autistic. We had already had a failure from trying in a booth and also a failure at a different photo establishment. The lady’s in snappy snaps were absolutely brilliant with my son. The lady quickly built a rapport with him and succeeded in getting the required snaps within a minute and then confirming they were ok, and put a big smile on my son’s face. Highly recommend them and the service I received was first class.

I came in today and the two girls were so busy and making every effort to please all of their customers, they were clearly rushed off their feet with a shop full and doing all they could for everyone multitasking as they went and dealing with some awkward customers who didn’t have any patience. I personally don’t know how they do it ! Great shop with great service!

Great print store. You can get instant prints for some photo sizes otherwise about an hour wait for larger prints. Color quality is superb.
