Booking Andy as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions Chris & I have ever made! Our initial meeting was via good old Zoom and we both instantly warmed to him; we also loved how organised he was - it was clear that Andy puts a great deal of time into ensuring that he has all of the necessary info ahead of the day so that he’s prepared. On the wedding day itself he was amazing – friendly, personable and really passionate about his work. Andy made us feel so at ease and even though neither of us are naturals in front of a camera, we had a great time when we went off for portraits and even the haybale-nesting flying ants didn’t spoil our fun! So many of our friends and family commented on how lovely he was and we couldn’t agree more – by the end of the day he felt more like a friend than a supplier and we were so glad to have had him as part of our wedding. Andy captured our day perfectly – the photos are more beautiful than we could have ever imagined and they represent us and our friends and family so well. It’s impossible to put into words how truly grateful we are for everything, but we will treasure our photos forever and would highly recommend Andy to anyone.

Andy was so fantastic that we booked him twice! Andy photographed our official wedding day in Nov 2020. He was highly recommended to us by another photographer and we're so pleased he was! We had an initial face to face consultation and we instantly warmed to him. He showed us a great portfolio and was really enthusiastic about our day. We booked him right away. Andy came up with great suggestions to help us with timings of our day, gave practical advice regarding how to make the best of the limited daylight and how to remain organised on the day. It was really clear to us that he had a passion for wedding photography and wanted us to get the very best out of our photos. When it was announced our original wedding date wouldn't be able to go ahead due to another lockdown, it was Andy who suggested we speak to the registry office to see if they could bring the date forward, which amazingly we managed! Andy kept in regular contact the entire time and despite receiving just 36 hours notice he was there on the day and captured the most incredible photos. He fitted seamlessly into our wedding party on the day and all of our guest complimented us on how relaxed and fun he was. We didn't feel an ounce of pressure when he was taking our photos and his flexible approach to the photography was really appreciated. When our photo gallery arrived soon after we were absolutely blown away by the images. They were beautiful and so much better than we ever could have imagined. We asked Andy to create us a bespoke wedding album and he did so quickly and efficiently, keeping us completely updated throughout. The album is beautiful and really special. It's something we will treasure. Due to Covid restrictions on our original wedding day, we decided to throw a 'Wedding Party' to celebrate one year on. We loved our photos so much we knew we wanted Andy back. He again gave us great suggestions to make sure we got the most out of our party photos and again completely blended in to our day. We got our full photo gallery back in less than a week and we've received nothing but compliments on them. They are just as awesome as the ones from our actual Wedding day and it's clear that he hadn't made any comprises on any of the photos in spite of it being effectively a big party! Without doubt, Andy was the best money we spent on our Wedding. We have so many fabulous memories of both days thanks to him and we'd recommend him a million times over.

I don't know where to start.. But Andy was the photographer for our wedding 21st May 22 and I honestly couldn't have imagined any other photographer to capture our beautiful day! We booked Andy as one of our very first suppliers when we began planning our wedding. He had been the photographer at the wedding of our really close friends and not only were the images amazing- we both couldn’t remember being photographed as he just blended in so well- that was exactly what we were looking for! He was flexible whilst trying to plan around a big surprise on our day. His ‘personal experience’ recommended suppliers list was also where we found lots of other suppliers too! By the end of the day he felt like a friend! On top of all of this- the final pictures are absolutely breath taking. We booked Andy as our photographer for our small Cley Windmill wedding in August 2018 after finding him on a google search of Candid Wedding photographers in Norfolk. We knew that Andy was the guy for us as his photographs were beautiful and so natural. We didn’t have a meet and greet prior to our wedding, as we live over 4 hours away. Andy was aware of this and accommodated us! We just pretty much told him that he had free rein and we trusted him completely as we didn’t want any of the traditional all stand in a line and say cheese style photographs. Andy is a genuinely lovely guy and was a Instant hit with all our wedding guests. We even forgot that he was there at one point as he just mingled in snapping away allowing us to spend the afternoon playing cricket in our wedding dresses! His photographs of our wedding were amazing, they have made us smile every time we’ve looked at them. We’ve had lots of compliments about the photography from friends who couldn’t attend our wedding and from others saying they are “THE BEST” wedding photographs they have ever seen! Many have also often mistaken our beach photographs at Cley-Next-The-Sea as a hot European country! The only problem for us is trying to whittle them down to 80 images for our photo album as there are just too many happy memories to choose from! Simply put... Andy is awesome and you won’t ever regret booking him!

My wife and I were lucky enough to have Andy Davison as our wedding photographer, and I can honestly say he was AMAZING! Even before the event he took the time to have a couple of meetings to get to know us and find out what our wedding day plans were and what sort of photos we were after. From our first correspondence he has always been extremely prompt with any communications sent his way. On the day he was so discrete that half the time we didn’t even realise he was there which enabled him to capture simply stunning candid photos of us and our guests, as well as all the usual formal shots and wedding/venue details.
