First and foremost - Richard is such a lovely guy. He's so friendly and takes the time to truly understand the specifics of the task. I gave Richard a particularly challenging objective, which was to capture levels of detail in jewellery products that many others haven't managed to come close to. I always feel awkward and guilty when I take up photographers' time when requesting positional tweaks and edits, but Richard genuinely just wants to get it right - I felt comfortable being honest with him and working through little obsessive adjustments so that the end product was perfect. Can't recommend RS strongly enough - Richard will produce exactly what you need at a totally reasonable cost.
