Where to begin… Heather is a truly fantastic photographer and person, from the very start she was warm, kind and made you feel like she was completely invested in your day in order to get the best images possible, they certainly did not disappoint! Heather just seems to have a knack of making you feel so comfortable in front of the camera and at no point did anything feel forced, be that on the pre-wedding shoot or on the big day itself. I think the biggest compliment I can give is that she didn’t ‘feel’ like a photographer at our wedding, more like she was a part of the wedding with how natural everything felt! I highly recommend everyone try and book her services!

For anyone who doesn't partcularly like their photos being taken or having to pose for hours on end then Heather is your photographer. The first time we met Heather it felt as though we had known her for years and she put us at ease straight away. We then looked through her albums and they sealed the deal for us - natural stunning photos that captured the moments perfectly. As a couple who hate having their photogrpahs taken, Heather put us at complete ease all day. Heather is like a stealth ninja - she silently moves around taking photos all day with no one even realising she's there! We couldn't be more happy with our photographs, Heather captured all the special moments and the photos take you right back to them. We first met Heather at a wedding fayre in 2019 in Spalding, where we fell in love with her work. Our original wedding date was August 2020, which we rearranged and our wedding went ahead in August 2021. Heather was flexible with dates and incredibly kind during a frightening time for everyone. Heather kept in touch with us regularly and we had an engagement shoot in June 2021. To begin with, my husband was not keen on being in front of the camera but Heather put us at ease by being so friendly and funny. My husband actually had fun while having his photos taken! Heather was efficient with organising the order of photos on our wedding day, sending spreadsheets via email and being available to discuss anything we needed. She arrived at my parents’ house promptly on the day, having learnt everyone’s names beforehand too! Our photos are a beautiful reminder of the day our lives really began. They are so clear, looking at them is like being back there. She even captured a photo of me hugging my grandparents for the first time in eighteen months. Only photographers who are passionate and genuinely care about the couple take photos like that. I cannot recommend Heather highly enough; she is everything you need in a wedding photographer.

If you're getting married, you'd be silly not to have Heather as your wedding photographer! We were so pleased that Heather was available for our wedding and we could not be happier with the photographs and the album of the day. Not only is Heather an incredible photographer, she kept us all calm and in order throughout the day. It just felt like we had another guest with us (a brilliant one too!) We both hate having our photograph taken and from about 2 mins into our engagement shoot we felt comfortable being in front of the camera thanks to Heather's personality. We are sad now that we don't have an excuse to have Heather around for a day again but we truly hope our paths cross again in the not too distant future.

From the very start, when we first contacted Heather, the service was perfect. Questions answered quickly, any wedding nerves eased. Heather was just such a calm but fun person to be around. When taking pictures, myself and my husband felt at ease, comfortable and we’re able to just be us. Heather gave us great direction but wasn’t forceful with poses and this is just what we wanted to be natural. Heather really did capture the atmosphere of our day. So many of our guests commented on how professional Heather was, the camera wasn’t in our faces but Heather was present and captured everything just perfectly. Not only did Heather make us, as a couple, feel comfortable and happy but she built a great rapport with our daughter right from our engagement shoot to our big day. It made what could have been a stressful situation, getting a 2 year old to have her picture taken, easy. Again, another reason we loved having Heather with us. Having received our pictures now, we are just truly grateful for everything. They’re amazing. Everything we wished for. We couldn’t recommend Heather more. After meeting with Heather before we even reached the car my (now) husband turned and said to me "She is the photographer you want". Heather absolutely was everything I was looking for in a photographer, not only did her style suit the vintage feel I wanted for our wedding but the crucial part for me was she was someone who I thought my mum would get on with and feel comfortable with during the morning prep. Heather has such an easy going way about her that you can't help but feel at ease and comfortable with her around you almost forget that she is taking photos, I think she may have even managed to get some candid photos of my bridesmaid who seems to always know when the camera is on her and strikes a "consciously candid" pose. I know from discussions with friends that Heather is speedy when it comes to sending you the finished product and the presentation box and USB we received is beautiful. We cannot wait for our album to arrive (which the process has only been slowed down by my indecisiveness when selecting photos and album details). Heather didn't just take great photographs she provided a complete package, we booked Heather just over a year in advance and throughout that time she sent us helpful tips and provided such useful information such as a timeline for the day, as well as an engagement shoot that allowed us the opportunity to get used to her and her style and she welcomed our crazy sprocker spaniel and took his madness in her stride. I highly recommend Heather - and have done so much so that my sister has booked Heather for her wedding next year!

We first saw Heather’s photograph’s on social media and instantly loved her style. We met up at a little pub and Heather was so friendly and easy going we knew we had to book her for our wedding. We had an engagement photo shoot and Heather instantly made us feel at ease. She gave us enough direction so she could get a good shot but encouraged us to be natural which meant we got some lovely photos. Throughout the planning of the wedding we never doubted that we have made the right choice in Heather. She had the right balance of communication and was incredibly organised, which was a relief when you have all of the normal worries of planning a wedding. On the wedding day itself Heather was bubbly and supportive and she made everyone feel so relaxed. We had many comments on the day from guests telling us how wonderful Heather was and she fitted into the wedding perfectly. When we got our photos back we knew we had made the right decision..the pictures were AMAZING! We initially weren’t going to get a professional album but when we got this back we were so pleased that we had! Heather was the perfect professional, in what can be a stressful day. Heather did our family photo shoot, where she not only managed to capture the rare smiles from our one year old daughter, but also managed to get our Labrador included as well. Heather is an amazing photographer and a wonderful genuine person. She had previously photographed my sister's wedding in 2017. I contacted her very soon after we got engaged and before we had found a venue or set a date, because I knew we wanted her to photograph our wedding too. We were married in Reading, so not local to where Heather lives and she went to so much extra effort to travel and photograph our day, we can’t have imagined having any other photographer. It was great to have felt like we knew Heather before our wedding day , both from my sister's wedding and the engagement shoot, and she got on so well with the guests and particularly our families which was lovely. After seeing heather’s photography from other friend’s weddings I knew that we had to have her for ours! We had our engagement shoot a few months before the wedding which was great as it helped ease any worries we had about being in front of a camera… the whole day was so relaxed, it was more like going for a walk with a friend who just happened to have a camera (which also meant that they were all super natural images - just what we wanted). Throughout our wedding planning Heather was so flexible & accommodating, she always answered my (many) texts covering all sorts of wedding worries & was a huge reassurance that the day would be perfect. I don't know how to sum up just how amazing all of our journey with Heather has been, but we could never have dreamed that it would all be this wonderful. We met Heather at a wedding fair (where we'd pretty much given up on finding a photographer we liked) and were blown away by her natural, relaxed images and her wonderful mix of friendly organisation. She was brilliant at keeping in touch with us, making sure we were happy and up to date. She learned the names of our major players, she kept an eye on the time and she even found a route through a field that avoided most of the thistles! Our photographs are STUNNING, and more importantly, we look like us, but having the best day of our lives. Our images are full of people laughing, unique moments (like my dad ducking under a tree as we walked down the aisle or my husband playing tag with a flower girl) and a real sense of love, all against a beautiful backdrop. Heather is very professional! We booked her service almost 2 years in advance and throughout the time she kept in contact with us and gave us loads of tips. So we felt ready and very relaxed on the day. She has been amazing on the engagement shoot and on the wedding day. Our guests have even told us that she is very discreet and she makes everyone comfortable and thanks to this she captured some precious moments. She loves doing 'on the go' pictures instead of posing all the time. Which is the reason why we chose her, we wanted her pictures to witness the day and not having just a pile of pictures where everyone has the same smile and where you cannot feel any feeling. Of course we did a couple of group pictures and bride+groom ones but the rest was just a documentary of our wonderful day. The light and the softness of her pictures is wonderful. We received them all (900!) few weeks later in a beautiful personalised box with a nice glass USB key. She delivers a 5 star service and we recommend her to anyone who needs a photographer.
