Very friendly, professional staff and an efficient service. I called first to ask some questions about wait times and prices. The phone was answered quickly and the person I spoke to was helpful. When we arrived it couldn't have taken more than around ten minutes from start to finish. The code they provided along with the kids passport photos made the online passport application really easy. I would definitely recommend them.

I’d like to give 10 stars instead of 5 stars!!! This is my first time using Snappy Snaps but it’s really good experience. The thing is I printed the photos by the machine and didn’t check. When I back home and found the quality is not good, photos not that “HD”, so I back to shop and talked to the staff (maybe he is the boss) saying may I print them again and will pay for it. The staff/boss apologized for it and helped me to printed photos again without charge, and asked which machine I used. He promised he will fix it in case other customer facing same issues. The staffs there are friendly, helpful, also the customer service is amazing!!

Went for passport photo. This doesn't require an appointment and you wait for your photos. It is expensive, £13.99 for 4 passport photos and £2 extra for 4more copies i.e. £15.99 for 8photos. The passport wasn't edited at all which I didn't like so if you want your photo to come out well, you might want to apply some makeup.

In the last few weeks I have requested several sets of slides to be restored and digitally enhanced. Gab was very responsive and helpful from the start. Gab gave a timescale and rang me to say my order was ready, ahead of schedule. The second set of slides was produced extremely quickly as I was on a short timescale. Brilliant Customer Service when a person anticipates what you'll be using the product or service for and adjusts accordingly. I've had a set of pictures taken and rejected by an overseas passport service and visited the store with the strict (4 page ...) specification document to get new ones. Alexis was absolutely meticulous into making photos, reviewing and adjusting to the specs, checking and explaining every step with extra care. As I'm writing this I haven't had the passport issued so I'm not biased by the actual outcome but I'm extremely impressed by the attention to detail and service of Snappy Snaps Reading. My experience with Snappy Snaps (Reading) has been a truly positive one. I brought my phone in, hoping that the photos and videos on it could be transferred to a memory stick. Thought it might take a couple of hours. Over the next 3 weeks, an unfailingly polite, knowledgeable, patient young man named Luke spent time doing exactly that for me. There were over 16,000 photos and 300+ videos to be transferred! Every single member of staff I encountered was polite, cheerful and knowledgeable, but if there is a special commendation for employees who give above and beyond, Luke most definitely deserves it.

This is the perfect example of what awesome customer service should be all about! The team at Snappy Snaps Reading are friendly, polite, personal and knowledgable. I was served by Nick who spent around well over an hour in total with me, taking his time to ensure I got exactly the results I was hoping for. As a professional photographer it annoys the hell out of me when frame size dimensions are actually smaller than stated, thus cutting some of your image out of the frame. Nick not only assisted by resizing photos, he helped me pick frames and even made small edits to my images to an excellent standard. Despite the store being busy he took his time and never made me feel like I was asking too much. He even worked over his lunch break to deliver a fantastic end result I couldn’t be happier with! Having made a complaint about the terrible customer service I received at Snappy Snaps Peckham, this experience has restored my faith in the brand. Previously I resented paying more than other competitors charge for a service that was well below par, but today I felt like the pricing was completely on point for the level of service I received. I hope other branches take a leaf out of their book - this is the kind of customer service that will keep brick-and-mortar stores going amidst an increasingly online and competitive retail world. I had my passport photo taken and then the lovely Kunal uploaded the photo to the Government website which in seconds checked that it met requirements and generated a code for use when filing online. I wanted to have an old wedding photo enlarged and in black and white - the original photo was in colour. When I got back home and looked atour black and white photo - our feet had been missed off! Alexis who I saw and complained to could not have been more apologetic and helpful and went beyond the call of duty to rectify the issue. We all make mistakes but it is how you deal with them. Gentleman called Luke in Reading office was so helpful. Converted VHS to dvd which was for home videos of my brother who passed away some years back and wanted to get these changed over for my mum to watch. Luke did this for us but then turned out that they didn't work properly and he was so good in understanding about the sentimental value of these and did everything he could to help me and managed to get things changed and kept me updated throughout and even told me his working pattern so I could deal with him but also that he'd made his colleague aware just incase I missed him. Couldn't have asked for better empathetic service and feel luke should 100% be recognised for this. Sometimes people can be very quick to feedback negative comments on service so it's so important that people like luke get recognised for when they deliver excellent service.

Happy snappys isnt cheap. For simple photos prints best to shop around. Buy they can do pretty much anything under one roof, from passport photos to large prints. Canvas prints to even copying vhs video on to dvd.

I have printed here severally and they have been very professional and go out of their way to help. There was a time my cellphone battery died and i was headed to the train station and there was no way to scan my ticket barcode, a guy named Umar helped go out of the shop to get a charger as no person in the shop had a charger that fit my phone. After charging for abit and the phone came up( couldn’t charge for long as I didn’t want to miss my train) he even helped print out a copy of the barcode should in case the phone went off again Before I got to my destination.
