We highly recommend Julian and Sue. They were incredible! We were very happy with the service provided, always very responsive to emails before and after the wedding. We had our wedding date changed due to covid but they were extremely helpful in changing the dates as well. On the day they put us at ease, had great suggestions for locations to shoot, also interacting with guests with tips on standing naturally for photos. We absolutely love our photographs and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you very much.

Jules and Sue were very welcoming, professional, attentive and creative. We did a newborn shoot with Julian after getting some passport photos for her. He fit us in last minute. They did a great job, they were very patient and respectful! Managed to get a few outfit changes on the day despite my little one being grumpier than usual. Made us feel very comfortable and welcome, they are great professionals! Beautiful photos and exactly the service you want and need when you have an active 1 year old! I contacted Julian and Sue about a cake smash photoshoot as they had also done an amazing job for my wedding photos. I don’t think 5 stars is fair enough for Julian and Sue. We came through to take some cheesy Christmas pics and from start to finish they had us laughing and enjoying every second. We wanted the pics to look really awkward and we were a bit nervous but they made us feel very comfortable. Right from the first interaction, Julian has been prompt at communicating. Setting up an appointment , conveying my choices for the photoshoot were all done in a very professional manner. On the day of the shoot, he and Sue went the extra mile to make sure our toddler was happy and comfortable. The shoot itself was very unhurried and well planned. After searching for a good photographer for a few weeks, for some anniversary photos, my wife and I came across Julian’s portfolio online. We contacted him immediately after seeing his beautiful work. He was very responsive, professional and patient. For various reasons, we had to change the dates of the shoot, and he was very kind and accommodating. On the day of the shoot, we met Jules and his wife, Sue, at their studio. They then drove us to a beautiful park in Chilworth. The location was well scouted and Sue was perfect at directing us, whilst Julian was clicking his awesome photos. They were very friendly and nice to talk to and joke around with, and they put us at ease, which is extremely important when you’re posing for photos! Once we finished the shoot, which lasted about an hour, he informed us how long it’ll take to collate and edit the photos (a couple of days), how he’d transfer the photos to us (via a website link), etc. We actually got our beautiful photos the very next evening. The quality of the photos was exceptional, and there were no watermarks whatsoever, just as he had assured us! All in all, I would highly recommend Jules and Sue to anyone reading this, without a shadow of a doubt. They are affordable, friendly, professional, and many other superlatives... They are just awesome! :-)

BEST CAKE SMASH PHOTOGRAPHY EVER! Julian and Sue have been very very hands on from the very beginning! To start with, prompt messages, then they offered many options for us to choose from such as backdrops, cake and outfit all at no additional cost! I was given a voucher as a birthday present as it is fairly difficult to get good photos, indoors, of my very lively back dog. We loved the photographs Julian took of our 1 week old baby boy. We contacted Julian last minute when I was 40 weeks pregnant when another photographer fell through. Julian was attentive to our needs straight away and quickly welcomed us with open arms. At the photoshoot Julian had a great setup with air conditioned studio and lots of toys for our toddler to play with during the session. Julian even let our 2 year old take some photos which he loved! Julian asked what kind of photographs we were after, took on our ideas and gave us lots of choice during the shoot. We were able to feed and change baby as we needed during which we enjoyed talking to Julian getting to know one another. Julian responded quickly throughout the whole process and we were delighted at how quickly we received the finished photographs which had been edited beautifully. Both Jules and Sue were incredibly professional throughout the entire process (appointment booking, photo session, delivery of photos). Our session took place in late June and the studio was very clean, sanitised continuously during the photo session and both Jules and Sue wore masks/gloves. Our baby boy was just two weeks old when we went for the photos with Julian and Sue. They were very welcoming upon arrival and made us feel very comfortable. Once in the studio we sat and chatted for a short while and this gave Theo time to get used to his surroundings. We fed him and then thought he'd sleep but was wide awake - this gave Julian the chance to get some stunning pictures of him just chilling out relaxed. I have admired Julian’s photos for years and have been fortunate enough to be photographed by him and Sue. We bought a ‘get to know your camera’ day for our mums birthday, where Jules took my mum to Marwell Zoo and was expertly patient helping her understand what settings to use to get the best shot! For someone who hates having her photo taken I was even delighted with the photos of me, a lot of which I didn't even realise they had taken! The only 'problem' we had was choosing which photos to have. They were so patient with us ( I don't know how many times they ran through the photos), nothing was too much trouble and we were thrilled with the results. They have since photographed both our grandsons as newborns & Finley's first birthday. They never fail to deliver the most amazing photos. We have recommended them to so many friends and nobody has ever been anything other than delighted with them. I did a Marwell Workshop with Jules and Sue during my Summer holidays. I have always loved taking photos but having studied photography at university over a decade ago I was feeling a little rusty and wanted to feel more confident behind the lens again. The workshop was excellent from start to finish. We began in the studio where Jules and Sue took me through all the different modes my camera had along with composition and technique for different situations. We also talked about different equipment and lenses. It was very informative, including a booklet with a lot if information to take away to consolidate. One word- AMAZING!!! I first met Julian and Sue at a close friends wedding for whom I was bridesmaid. They were so professional and such good fun. There is so much planning involved in a wedding and the day arrives and flies by in the blink of an eye and you can end up feeling a little blue once it's all over. Julian and Sue provide (almost immediately) a pre-view slideshow of photos , set to music which is such a lovely touch and helps hugely in overcoming the 'blues' as the photos just make you relive the day. They capture special moments from a truly special day beautifully with a selection of black and white photos, posed and natural. From my first meeting of Julian and Sue I vowed that when I get married these were the people for the job of photographer. Sadly for me being a teacher, I had limited dates in the summer holidays I could get married. I also wanted to get married in a particular church so this limited my dates further and Julian and Sue were already booked up (not surprisingly but sadly) for the date I had to go with. I continue to recommend them to friends and now vow that one day I will snatch them up to photograph me for something as a wedding isn't the only time to capture beautiful moments and memories is it- any day is wonderful 😀. Keep doing what you do so superbly guys and if you've got an occasion coming up, don't hesitant in picking these lovelies to be photographers as you won't be dissapointed👍

As a last minute Christmas present buyer, I called Jules and Sue to purchase a voucher for my sister and her beautiful dog Henry to have a photo shoot. After purchasing the voucher the email confirmation was sent out within an hour and I received my voucher, I replied and thanked him for sorting so efficiently in which he replied to confirm my address. I was absolutely blown away with the customer service and helpfulness from them. We haven’t yet done the shoot, but if this experience was anything to go by.. I’m sure it’s going to be incredible!
