Absolutely fantastic, Liss was great with our newborn and young son and got incredible photos of us as a family. The entire experience was great, Liss is clearly really experienced working with babies and we felt relaxed and at ease the whole time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

I knew I wanted Elicia to take our newborn photos as soon as I found out I was pregnant. Due to lockdown we were unable to have our photos taken straight away but even at close to 4 months old she managed make my little Luna look so teeny and bundled up! I cry every time I look at them! Luna also had our Xmas shoot with her too and again we’re so amazed how she managed to get such beautiful photos of a baby who didn’t sit still for 2 seconds Can’t wait for her cake smash in March and all the other shoots we’ll have in the future with her!

I highly recommend The Copper Lens and Elicia. For the past 3 Christmases, we have gone to Elicia for our family photos and each and every year, they have been beyond perfection. Elicia is so patient with busy toddlers and newborns and goes above and beyond to make sure you have amazing photos to cherish forever. Her studio, backdrops and accessories are beautiful and her friendly approach leaves you feeling at ease. Correspondence and photograph return is also very quick and high standard. Definitely a 5 star service, will not go anywhere else!!

I thoroughly enjoyed watching Elicia work her magic capturing pictures of my newborn. She was so professional and made it look so easy! (My son was refusing to play ball for a while 😂). ***This is a long review*** I wanted to write an in depth review for potential wedding couples and to do Elicia justice in her photography <3 From first contact Elicia was prompt, patient, helpful and kind in our emails. I immediately felt relaxed and not at all under pressure. The paperwork and contract was straightforward (all online and a doddle). Nearing the big day I met up Elicia to go over my expectations and wants for the big day. My friendships are very important to me, and I had a large bridal party to reflect that, and I most wanted Elicia to capture those moments a long with lots of candids! She was more than happy to talk everything over, and also explained how she likes to work and her style. The big day came and Elicia turned up exactly on time, and when she wasn't photographing the bridal party, myself, the groom and his men getting ready she was more than happy to help with things she really didn't have to, but I so appreciate anyway! Apart from the formal shots (groups, families and intimate couple photographs) I genuinely forgot Elicia was there. Not in a bad way, in a very good way. She blended right into the wedding! She was friendly, relaxed, unintrusive and there were quite a few moments when I got the giggles, which must have been so frustrating for Elicia but she just laughed along with me! We received our edited online gallery, and honestly I genuinely feel like I completely relived that day. The photos are perfect in every way, capturing heartfelt moments between guests, us and each other interacting. Some of the expressions are brilliant! Lots of the photos have a story behind them, and there are some that without context are absolutely hilarious! She caught cheeky moments, laugh out loud moments, bad dancing, naughty shenaningans and silly escapades. The end result is better than I ever could have imagined. And I am so grateful to have these precious, high quality photos to remember our big day. I would not hesitate to recommend The Copper Lens to anyone. There is no doubt, one of the finest wedding photographers out there. From the bottom of our hearts Elicia, thank you so much for making our special day, really special! xxx

All done from her home studio it is a relaxed session where you do not feel rushed at all- tea and coffee with biscuits / chocolates, good conversation and a giggle! A photography experience like no other. Elicia instantly makes you feel at ease and comfortable in the surroundings. Her studio is bright, clean and airy, with places to sit and have a coffee whilst you settle in. Unlike other photography places, there was space for my two boys to run about so it wasn’t boring/too long for them. Eleicia gave the perfect amount of direction whilst still letting you feel as though you had your own stamp on the photos. I am absolutely over the moon how our shots turned out and can’t thank Elicia enough for capturing such special moments of our family. She really is a true talent and I would recommend her whole heartedly.

She was very quiet and gentle with my new born baby to ensure she had the right shots. She knew how to handle a new born baby very well and settled her every time she was upset or agitated, and I’ve actually learnt some tips on how to handle my baby. My partner and I were very relaxed throughout the photoshoot, and we were very amazed in the time and effort that went into every shot. The photographs were even better than I ever imagined, we are totally in love with every single photo. When we received our chosen photographs, they came in a box with a beautiful bow and some chocolates, such a nice gesture. I would highly recommend The Copper Lens to anyone!
