I recently had a shoot with my two daughters, one being a toddler and the other a newborn, so I wasn't sure what to expect on the day or how it would go. I was so impressed from the minute we arrived at Jo's beautiful studio. She made us feel so welcome and at ease, instantly bonding with my toddler which helped massively when it came to taking the photos as my daughter now too felt relaxed and comfortable. We had such an enjoyable experience and the time flew by! Jo is so friendly and professional, taking her time and using her experience to take some amazing shots. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jo and will definitely be visiting again in the future so that we can capture some more incredible and memorable shots of my girls.

I am absolutely over the moon with all of the pictures Joanne has taken of our son George. We’ve just done our third Christmas mini session which is just such great value for such high quality photography. Our son has complex special needs and Jo is so calming and patient and kind that we feel very comfortable with her. She did his newborn photos too which I’ll treasure forever. Can’t recommend highly enough and have sent many friends over to Heaven Sent, when they see the pictures they all want to know who took them and can’t believe the price when I tell them!

I have had my daughters Christmas photos taken here by Joanna for 2 years in a row and they are absolutely beautiful. Joanna is so lovely with my daughter and is very patient, she makes it fun for the child right from the start and takes the child’s lead. She welcomes the child with a box of toys which allows them some time to feel comfortable before the shoot starts. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back again next year!

Joanne was so lovely with our girls and they both really enjoyed the photo shoot. The photos were gorgeous and Joanne was very approachable throughout. We hadn’t planned to have any first birthday photos but as we loved the newborn photos (and Joanne!) so much, we recently went back for a cake smash shoot!

Jo is an amazing photographer. I did the maternity photoshoot with her and I had the best experience. Her makeup and hair styling is gorgeous and she makes people feel at ease and confident. The end result is beyond expectations, she truly captures the feelings of this special moment in a mother's life. I highly recommend her.

Joanne did the newborn photoshoot of my son and the pictures are stunning! When I saw the gallery for first time, I cried. Beyond expectations! I would highly recommend her warm and welcoming studio. We absolutely love this photographer. We met her over three years ago for my daughter’s newborn photo shoot and returned to her that Christmas and every Christmas since. My daughter had open heart surgery when she was 4 months old and nearly died so both the newborn photos (before she had her ‘zipper’ scar) and the first Christmas pictures taken the month before her surgery and near fatal heart attack are particularly special. It’s now become a Christmas tradition and it wouldn’t be Christmas without Jo’s incredible talent capturing the very essence of our beautiful girl. Our annual Christmas card featuring her photos are quite highly sought after by friends and family! I can not recommend Jo enough.

Joanne has an amazing way of making you and your baby feel relaxed and looked after whilst she snaps away. She never rushes and you can tell she is passionate about getting the best photos possible. Everyone loved the pictures and the professional prompt parcel of photos brought the family much joy. There are a good range of packages to choose from. At the same time she can give you some great baby whispering techniques- We will definitely be using her again!

My newborn photoshoot was cancelled by another photographer very last minute when my baby was already 2 weeks + old. I contacted Joanne at Heaven Sent Photography in desperation and thankfully she was able to fit us in the following day! From the moment we met Joanne we were put at ease. She made us feel very welcome, and even provided crossiants (bonus as I hadn't had time to eat breakfast with a newborn)! Baby Zach was very unsettled in the morning with trapped wind and it took a good 2 hours to settle him, the whole time Joanne was calm and patient, and didn't rush the session at all. Thankfully in the afternoon baby slept so we were able to capture those precious photos!! We are very pleased with the quality of work from Joanne and wouldn't hesitate in recommending. It took us a while to narrow down what pictures we did want editing as there were so many to choose from. Communication throughout was fantastic and we look forward to seeing Joanne again for Zach's one year birthday shoot!
