David and Claire photographed our wedding a couple of weeks ago and we can't rave about them enough! Claire was like an extra bridesmaid for me- so helpful with all the little details like helping me with my flowers and dress. Both were patient and accomodating to our guests and really efficient with the group photos which suited our relaxed wedding perfectly. They turned our photos around quicker than expected and we are over the moon with the gorgeous shots they captured. Fantastic value for money as well, and we can't wait to receive our album. I attended a training day with David and the team last weekend. It was very professionally run and a lot of information provided on the day. As well as the classroom training, there was a two hour styled photo shoot where we were able to capture portfolio building shots. The venue 'The Grosvenor Pulford Hotel' was fantastic, the training room was well set out and the food provided was excellent with as much tea, coffee and water as you could drink. Off the back of the training day, I have booked two assistant days for June and July and I will book a further two before the end of the year. I would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to break into the wedding photography market.

We had David and his assistant Adam photograph our wedding at Rowton Castle in December. They were both brilliant and everyone commented on how Greta they were. We had a huge album of photographs which were all edited beautifully and with such a quick turn around. We would like to express our most genuine thanks to David Paul. Before selecting our wedding photographer we did a lot of research but David`s pictures were unmistakable a cut above the rest! We first met David at our engagement shoot. He was very friendly and helped us very quickly adapt to having our picture taken. We loved the signature board he produced and brought to our wedding. Many of our guests commented on how amazing it was, it now takes pride of place in our lounge. We were overwhelmed by the sheer quality and quantity of the pictures David took and how well he captured the magical moments of the day. A friendly professional who will produce photographs of the highest standards that are unique to your wedding. I don't know why anybody would choose another photographer! A six star rating should be available. David was the photographer for our wedding in Cheshire in July 2013. After spending a long time researching photographers David stood out for the quality of his work. For us every single one of his commissions were unique and his photographs were representative of a real professional and not just an amateur with an expensive camera. We chose David because he was the best photographer and we were further pleased to find that he was not the most expensive either. Choosing David was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. If your experience with David is anything akin to ours you will find that from your first correspondence he is extremely professional and friendly. Me and my wife are not comfortable having our photographs taken and David made sure that he made having our photographs taken as comfortable as possible. He made sure he knew the venue ahead of the wedding which meant he was able to take a range of photographs throughout the day at various locations which has left us with a number of photographs of the best quality that was unique to our special day. He works extremely hard throughout the day but somehow manages to be in the background throughout. After the day David hosted a webpage from which we could choose our photographs for our wedding book and made adjustments to photographs we wanted including in our album; nothing was a problem. You spend a lot of money on a wedding and your photographs are a permanent reminder of the day. If you choose David you will be guaranteed photographs of the highest standard that are unique to your day.

We just want to say thank you so much for helping us to remember how amazing our wedding day was, with the wonderful photographs you took. We loved the pictures with dramatic skies which is what drew us to David Paul but from the outset he was friendly and very interested in how he could accommodate exactly what we would wanted. He invited us to his home for a chat and spent a lot of time talking us through various options. I think we got a good deal, price wise. On the day David lingered in the background much of the time, we hardly knew he was there but when we saw the photographs we got to see he had captured loads of intimate, natural moments. This was just as we had hoped. For the few group shots we wanted David was assertive which meant that we all weren't stuck doing these shots for ages and these looked great too. The best shots for us were the ones captured as the sun went down with the moody skies. We felt totally at ease and had a giggle while we were doing them. Overall we had a perfect experience with David Paul on the day. The best thing though, was the album! We were blown away by the book itself and the arrangement of the pictures. We got married at Thornton manor this January and David was our photographer. He was brilliant from start to finish! Nothing was too much trouble and David got such great shots! His wife Clare took over in the evening and we had some photos outside with a downlighter as it was dark but the photographs are amazing. We also have an album which we chose the photos for but the way they are displayed in the album is fantastic. We couldn’t recommend David enough, definitely a gentleman and isn’t showy offy at all which some Photgrapher’s can be.

Mark and I got married in August. Finding a photographer was hard until we met David and Claire. We immediately felt at ease and fully confident that our day would be captured beautifully and naturally. We also had a pre wedding shoot where David came on a walk with us, our five children and dog at Bersham Waterfall. Spend the day with David and Clare at their wedding photography workshop and it was extremely informative, well structured but laid back at the same time. Every aspect, from meeting David to look through some of his albums, to the pre-shoot that we got as part of our package, to our amazing wedding day, could not have gone better. David really does organise everything for you and makes sure everyone is in the right place when needed, but is also very much in the background taking very natural photos throughout the day, which is what we really wanted. If you are looking for a wedding photographer, look no further! We were so impressed with David Paul at our wedding, and I couldn't recommend him more. Not only are the photographs beautiful- a great mixture of formal and informal shots, but I felt he really captures the personality of the party, rather than simply staged shots. Before we even received our photos, people were commenting on his organisational skills on the day- there was no hurrying around gathering people together, and since receiving our photos most people have said that they didn't realise he had taken half of the shots- some of which were the best of the day. The photo album is outstanding quality, but it is the skill of the photographer that has made these photos so unique.

Every detail was perfect with David, from planning, to the day itself and the end product. Easy to get on with and talk to and no hassle. Just a quick phone call a couple of days before the big day to run through small details and to put me at ease with the arrangements. On the day he was pleasant and I hardly noticed he was there during the ceremony and natural pictures. It wasn't until when I saw the album I saw he'd been able to get amazing natural pictures without us noticing he was there. Which is exactly what we wanted. The layout and the quality of the finished product is amazing! I absolutely love it. He captured some precious moments beautifully. Looking for a Wedding Photographer? I know it is hard work. When we started our search for a wedding photographer it was a very difficult task, as both myself and my 'husband' are keen photographers ourselves, so quite fussy when it came down to artistic flair and quality. However, I say this with the utmost sincerity; David Paul is the most fantastic photographer, he really does have such an amazing talent, with the perfect balance between artistic and traditional photography. But what is great, is that he will work with your style, your preferences and any special requests you have he will do. It was very important for us that all the little special touches (flowers, favours, guest book, you name it) were captured on camera, and he did it beautifully, with the artistic shots that I hoped for. He is exceptional at natural photography, capturing people whilst they are unaware that they are being photographed, which is exactly what we wanted and one of the main reasons for choosing David Paul. I believe natural shots create some of the best photographs, capturing people laughing, chatting etc. He is also such a lovely person, as I am not the most comfortable in front of a camera and he made me feel so relaxed. I couldn't stop smiling! I really can't praise his talents enough. He was very quick at getting the photos back to us for proofing, and when we finally chose our selection, he was very quick again in getting the album proof back to us, AND I must say the album is out of this world! We are so pleased. Plus, we have cd's with all the wedding photographs and pre-wedding shoot to print for family and friends as we please.
