I went to see Dan after someone had recommend him to me. Having a long standing problem, Dan quickly identified a plan and began work on me! With constant encouragement and education, he explained the treatment and we began work. He is obviously highly skilled in his craft and takes great pride in his profession. It is also obvious he is constantly up to date and no two visits are the same for me. I always finish a session feeling that I have moved forward and feel not only tired but also stronger! Sessions with Dan are going to be a long term and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

If I ever have any issues with my body MTC is always the place I go now! I feel so lucky that I came across it a few years ago. They have an excellent team of world-class therapists that get amazing results. I've been treated by Mike, Dan, Jack and Mark before, who have have a range of experience and skills from treating everyone from the general public through to Olympic athletes. You get a full comprehensive assessment at the beginning so your problem and case history is fully understood. This is essential to your treatment, but often something that other practitioners miss. They are also excellent problem solvers, so even if you've not had much success in the past, they will find a way to solve your issue.

I have had some pretty bad lower back and upper neck problems. I went to see Mike, he is professional and quick to find the problem. He gives me exercises for my pain tolerance levels and has educated me on how to adapt exericses and streches for myself. Really great and very knowledgeable.

I came to see Dan few months ago with a knee injury. Movement Therapy Clinic was recommended to me by a colleague who was treated previously by Mike. Due to an upcoming race I needed to see someone very quickly and Dan managed to fit me in on the same day. His level of professionalism was outstanding! He took lots of information and Listened to everything I had to say (unlike the typical in and out treatment you get with NHS) Dan advised me on what I should change about my training routine to speed up the recovery. He then treated my knee and I could honestly say that the pain and swelling at the end of the appointment improved significantly, he also taped my knee and taught me how to tape it to support my knee on the race day. Following his advice I didn’t need any further treatment but if in need, I will definitely go back. I would happily recommend Dan to any level athlete. Thank you!

Over the years I have visited a few therapists but I found Mike Grice to be truly exceptional. A friend had recommended me as Mike had successfully treated an acute back issue in a very short period of time with one treatment and an exercise programme. Mike diagnosed a rotator cuff strain and I was experiencing acute pain and unable to sleep as no comfortable position was possible. After only one treatment the difference was enormous and I followed the exercises he had given me and within 2 days was feeling so much better and sleeping position no longer an issue. I liked the fact that he does not promote a steroid injection as the solution and wants to get to the underlying cause and not just treat the symptoms. His hands on treatment is so good I can understand why he doesn't need to resort to injections. Highly recommend and am so relieved to have found a therapist that you know you can trust to get the right results.

I was unable to do Pull-ups and Dips for a few years after a serious back/shoulder injury. Chris at Movement therapy clinics was able to rehabilitate the muscles and guide me in the right direction. I am now able to do both of these exercises and more! Should’ve consulted him sooner, five stars from me! Definitely recommend 👌🏼

After a number of years with “dodgy” knees and a couple of falls within twelve months plus a painful thigh and back, a friend recommended Movement Therapy Clinics in Harborne. Mike instantly identified the problem and passed me on to Chris. Over the past few weeks, Chris has started to get me moving again with a series of exercises which are both stimulating and enjoyable. I would recommend the clinic to other “oldies” (I am 76).

I've used personal trainers in the past, but they are prohibitively expensive. These classes are perfect as you have a private gym and a small group of people to train with. Because the group is so small you also get essentially a personal training session without the price tag. All the exercises are tailored to your particular needs. This isn't just about injury, but also health and strength overall especially if you participate in other sports. I have found since starting that my daily life is a little bit easier. All the little aches and niggles are gone and I feel stronger and fitter. Everyone who works here is an expert in physiology and fitness. Can' t recommend them highly enough

I went to see Daniel on the recommendation of my boss with agonising back pains. Earlier that day, I went to see a chiropractor too, who just wanted to book me for another appointment without actually helping my problem. That evening I went to Dan, explained the issue in great detail and within a few minutes he got to the root of the problem. In two days, I was again active and the pain started to disappear. 2 weeks later, it has gone completely. I can't recommend the clinic enough!

The only clinic I ever go to (and I love the gym facility too :). My appointments always start on time and last the full hour. Ive had several issues throughout the last year and the treatment helped every time. I also received great home care advice and am able to manage my conditions on my own .
