Following a dislocated shoulder during a football game. I was in need of guidance and assistance to minimise recovery times. Following our session I immediately felt the improvements. I will definitely be back for another session, and should be back playing in no time!

First time I’ve been to this studio and I had a very warm welcome. I had a sports massage here and it was phenomenal. Ricara is a really good masseuse and she is so lovely, I’ve already recommended her services to my friends and family. Ricara was great. You can really tell the difference after her lymphatic drainage massages and I felt much better after each one (so much that I travelled a 2hr round trip for each one.) She also offers a variety of appointment times for those that work normal office hours which is great too and I felt left really comfortable with her as she’s really easy to talk to. Thanks Ricara. Amazing and very professional and friendly service I had lipo in turkey and came to Rj.physiothetapist for Lymfatic drainage massage … I was very very nervous of who I chose for this treatment but I’m so happy that I went there ….. she is incredible and I had the best night sleep after and also my swelling reduced straight away … I highly recommend her to everyone ;-)

I have been getting massages off Ricara for a number of years now, albeit, not consistently. I had probably an 18 month break (covid). I had been suffering from back issues in the last 6 months and my previous therapist had no longer been available and I assumed that as Ricara is smaller, she wouldn't be able to do deep tissue massages which I love. How I was wrong. Upon my return to Ricara, I was extremely grateful and appreciative of her new and enhanced massage and therapy skills. I have seen her progress with all the courses she has attended along with her experience gained since graduating from university. It definitely shows. Not only is she a extremely talented therapist, she is highly professional which is so important in intimate environments in order to make clients feel comfortable. I have no doubt that anyone who goes to see Ricara will most likely leave feeling better than when they came in.
