Really excellent experience. Convenient, good communication, and great advice from Alison Gould. Alison has a wealth of knowledge and explains her rationale for treatment clearly. She is also very good with female runners experiencing issues connected with perimenopause/menopause. I'm back to the activities I enjoy. Very happy client. Would recommend.

I would like to thank Steph for her help with treatment of my Achilles Tendinopathy issue. I highly recommend Steph and “Treat My Achilles” .
Been dealing with the issue for 6 months with Doctor and PT here Myrtle Beach SC, with no success. I found “Treat my Achilles” online and after watching some Physio videos, the treatment seemed to make a lot of sense compared to the treatment I had been receiving the last 6 months.
After my initial consultation in December, Step set me up with a program over the next 3 months of strengthening my Achilles. So, after 3 more consultations, I am happy to report I am back golfing and going to the gym and doing my elliptical exercises pain FREE!
They are experts in Achilles treatment!

Steph Davies is an amazing Physio Therapist! I am a long-distance runner but an injury left me barely able to walk. Steph identified issues and created a personalized recovery plan for me. During the past few months, Steph has helped me build flexibility, range of motion, and strength so I can safely resume running again.
Although I'm in the United States, Steph visits my home via ZOOM and I have had the added benefit of showing her what exercise equipment I have at home. She has customized my rehabilitation plan to include equipment I have at home. The Zoom therapy sessions work very well!
I am so relieved that I am healing and starting to run again! I hope I never injure myself again but if I do I'll be contacting Steph Davies for help. The Best Physio Therapy ever!

Really easy booking meant I was able to get an appointment the next day. Kevin was brilliant at taking into account my priorities and put together a tailored programme that I was easily able to follow. in the end I was able to resolve the issue in less time than I had initially feared. at first I was hesitant to make the financial commitment to making regular appointments but I'm glad that I did

I booked two virtual consults with Alison Gould so far and am incredibly happy with the outcomes. The virtual nature of the appointments was in no way an obstacle to recovering from my injury.
Alison is incredibly knowledgable and was able to quickly and accurately assess my injury and exactly what I had to do in order to be able to return to sport safely.
I followed her instructions to the letter and have seen immense results. I would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone suffering from an achilles-related injury. You don't have to keep living in pain!

The exercises and guidance I received from Alison have took me from having Adductor pain after a dog walk (about 4k steps) to hiking on consecutive days (16k/18k steps). Always clear and concise advice with encouragement. I learned that consistency is key to recovery- you have to put in the effort, but Alison’s advice was on point, every step of the way. I’m now planning hikes which is my passion! This is priceless. Thank you!

I was having a prolonged and painful battle with my Achilles from running. I had gone to a sports chiropractor, a podiatrist, and tried to educate myself on the internet, but I couldn't seem to permanently get it to heal. I tried rest, ice, stretching, etc and nothing worked. I found Steph and the Sports Physio group on You Tube and liked their approach. After 3 virtual appointments and sticking to Steph's plan, my Achilles has completely healed and I'm back to running. No one had recommended the treatment plan that she did, and I'm thankful that I found this group! Thanks Steph and I would not hesitate to use them again for any running related injury!

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the care and treatment plan Kevin provided for me earlier this year. His advice allowed me to make tremendous improvement on my Achilles pain, and last Monday I was able to complete the Boston Marathon in 3:28:46. Before consulting you, my pain prevented me from putting in the training to even consider taking the starting line. Thank you so much for helping me to achieve this long time goal and have a great experience in Boston!

Sports Injury Physio is a brilliant service. The virtual/online approach is very smooth and for me much more practical than face-2-face sessions. I also couldn't help but notice that Maryke was never even so much as 1 minute late to the call, impressive! The whole thing was a perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness. My 5/5 really stems from the skill and experience of the Physio's available to book with. I was (and still am) very confident that my rehab specifics were right for me, and that Maryke had a genuine handle on my injury making adjustments in response to how things were progressing for me specifically. My initial issue was posterior tib tendinopathy, and we sorted my long-standing back pain out too. I also used the YouTube videos to take a bit of responsibility and reform my approach to running and future injury prevention - great videos which are a nice addition. What really sets this service apart from face-2-face and what completely exceeded my expectations is the option for email check-ins, giving you the option to ask to a quick question in-between official session. I found this element and the reassurance it can provide really important. It makes complete sense for injury rehab and helps lower the stress that usually comes alongside not being able to do your chosen sport for a period of time. Brilliant x1000.

Huge appreciation to Daniel for his diagnosis, treatment plan, and inspiration ! After several years of ankle pain caused by both achilles tendinitis on one ankle and a calcaneal bursa on the back of the other heal, I am painfree! A miracle indeed!
I have met with him monthly for over 7 months to modify my exercise program and progress towards my goal of climbing the Himalayas ...I diligently did the exercises regularly and have attained the painfree result and now I am continuing with strengthening...
I couldnt be more pleased!
Thanks again Daniel!
