I have seen James for various injuries related to my running and he has been extremely helpful in resolving them. He has helped with a foot injury as well as a long-standing lower back and hamstring problem that has been bothering me for years. He's very knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Each week he worked out what was going on from my description of what I could and could not do and used his skills to work through the rehabilitation. James was recommended to me by a friend. I had been training to compete in the UKs Ironman 140.6 miles race when during training I suffered a debilitating back injury to the point I was struggling to walk. After two sessions with James he was able to accurately treat the injury with specific exercises afterwards to build strength into the back where there was previous weakness. This occurred with only three months prior to the start of the UK Ironman. The speed of the improvement and treatment that James provided has meant that I now have injury free training sessions and will be able to compete on the 4th July for the UK full Ironman. So, I'm now leaving my review after deciding to visit with my injury I thought was from exercise. James was very professional & friendly, He listened to my issues, and I'm now planning on exercising again after only my second visit. I can only rate Hadleigh Physio very highly. I have experienced lower back pain since I was 28 years old and I am now 74. Over the years my pain has come and gone but there was always a niggling ache in the lower back. Over the last few years I have only been able to do about 20/30 mins gardening before having to stop. So I visited James in Ipswich and Hadleigh and after consultation and back manipulation followed by acupuncture I no longer have that constant nagging back ache and last weekend I managed just short of 2 hours gardening without any discomfort. James also massaged and performed acupuncture on a leg muscle strain which cured that straight away. I have now been discharged after 3 visits. For me it has been a really worthwhile experience and I would recommend Hadleigh Physio to everyone..

Having herniated a disc in my back 2 years ago I have seen many professionals for many different treatments. James, however, genuinely makes me feel this pain could one day disappear. His in depth knowledge and understanding put me both at ease and feeling positive. The treatment he is providing from mobilisation to acupuncture are helping me return to my pre-injury flexibility and mindset, which I've really struggled with previously. I cannot recommend him enough if you're looking for physio treatment

JAMES IS AMAZING HE DOES IT ALL!! Look no further if you are in pain. I was in a small car accident hit from behind, which caused me whiplash. I was assigned James through the car insurance company. Can DEFINITELY recommend JL Physio. Injured my back at work. Amy identified the problem straight away and has been treating the injury for the last couple of months. Thanks to her hard work I’ve finally been able to return to work. Not only has my injury now become pain free, she also wrote a letter to my gp and i am now awaiting an MRI consultation from the hospital. The advice I’ve been given throughout has been brilliant, everything from stretches and exercises to perform through to manipulation of the injured area itself, JL Physio are masters of their craft.
