I love Amy's Pilates for Cyclists. Having Amy as an instructor is a luxury as she is a highly qualified physiotherapist. She encourages us to push ourselves to perform our best.
At the end of each series of lessons, we are given an exciting Tabata session, always a challenge!!!!
