I can’t recommend these amazing people more. For as long as I can remember I’ve had pain in my back and shoulders. I’ve been without pain for over a month now and it’s been pretty much life changing. Chris really understood my problem and worked with me to structure a physio plan that really worked. So professional and friendly and really understanding. I wish I had come here years ago.

Shortly after booking the appointment I was sent a questionnaire to fill in which would give helpful information to the therapist before I attended. On receiving a pleasant welcoming from Greg I was taken to a clean spacious room to have my deep tissue massage. I was asked some medical questions before the massage to ensure it would not have a negative impact on my health. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the 30 minute session with some background music playing. It was a very positive and professional experience and I will definitely be making another appointment soon.

Had a few sessions with Greg for elbow pain and muscle stiffness associated with a stressful time. As well as very effective massage to ease this, he provided a programme of exercises which were reviewed and adjusted with progress made in each session. Access to an app for advice and help in between sessions is excellent and Greg responds quickly as well as checking in on progress. Really clear and detailed information and explanation of what was going on with the elbow, along with very specific and focused work to ease it. Friendly and relaxed place to go too and never any pressure or hard sell. Glad to have found this clinic.

Chris & Greg are great! I have had long standing back pain and I’m only in my 20’s and seen multiple physios in Glasgow with no benefit. This is the first clinic that gave me a clear understanding of my problem and a clear plan to get me back to being pain free. I received a home exercise programme from an phone app, deep tissue massage and acupuncture. It only took 6 sessions over 3 months. Would definitely recommend these physios to anyone and will be back anytime I have an issue. Thanks guys!

Chris was excellent. I have had a issue with my shoulder for many months and have tried lots of other treatments but nothing worked. Chris’s initial assessment was very detailed and ruled out any other possibilities for my pain. He then made up a very comprehensive plan. After 1 session I felt some improvement. The physio app is excellent and being able to log your exercises and how you feel has motivated me to do them all I have had several massages with the sport therapist Greg. Each and everyone has been excellent and I have felt so much better afterwards. He is very thorough in asking which areas are giving you most concern and checking around the areas mentioned to ensure he gives the best massage for your individual needs on each occasion. Well worth it. I would have no hesitation in booking Greg if I was suffering from aches and stiffness

After having 7 sessions of therapy with physio Chris I have regained movement in my left arm. When I first went to central therapy I had limited movement due to a work injury, which over time caused severe pain in my shoulder. After my first assessment Chris reassured me that it wasn’t a spinal injury but inflammation of my rotator cuff. He then put together a therapy plan involving Manual Therapy for a few weeks then exercises to strengthen the the whole shoulder and neck areas. After my session this afternoon (which is my 2nd last one) I left feeling fantastic and a lot lighter after he released the tension in my neck. I was one happy customer when walking out today!!! I’d recommend central therapy to anyone who is suffering with musculoskeletal pain… I feel confident recommending Chris Quinn to anyone who is in pain, very professional service 😊😊

I started physio back in August, with severe pain in my shoulder. Chris was very reassuring and professional, he explained every step of the way, an absolute star! Today was my last session, and not only am I back to normal, but he taught me what to do if I ever feel pain again. He is the absolute best, I can’t recommend him enough! I was diagnosed with having piriformis syndrome (lower back pain) and was put on a 3 month plan (7 sessions). Chris was my physiotherapist and advised me that the 3 month recovery plan was going to be a slow process however it was necessary due to my diagnosis. From the first session to the last Chris was first class and his advice and the plan created, however tough it was at times, was fantastic. With each passing week I felt more mobile to the point where the pain and discomfort has now fully gone. The objectives when we first started were first to get rid of the pain and secondly to allow me to go back to the gym. Both objectives were achieved within the timeline advised. I couldn't recommend Central Therapy clinics highly enough and I am grateful to Chris for all the help and patience he showed throughout the process.

Had a chronic trapped nerve in my neck and this place came up on a search. Andy did a course on me and I now 100 percent better. I really was at my lowest desperate ebb and felt like this was devine intervention. They do deals so follow them on social media, they're a cool young crowd, did acupuncture and followed an on line course in between sessions. This is the best physio team in town, best prices and location, call them for a chat about your needs, Andy can be booked up weeks/ months in advance but you might just get lucky. Any aches pains etc get yourself here, you won't regret it!

Great clinics, personally my favourite. I had treatment done on my back and the neck, Andrew was great and he helped me to understand what he was doing and why by explaining the root of the problem. Also, he gave me exercises to do at home to help strengthen weak muscles. Amazing clinics and therapists, helped me solve the backache and neck problems. If you have any need for treatment I'd highly recommend it.

Chris done a good assessment on me and seems to know what he’s talking about but the prices are away out my range at £33 for a half hour which would be £66 an hour. I prefer an hour and he said he was usually £95 an hour and was the cheapest in the area. I’d love to have continued but I can’t afford these prices

Andrew's listening skills are very good and doesn't jump to a diagnosis quickly beforehand, once he knows what its thats wrong, he treats you and you leave feeling you understand whats wrong and what you yourself need to do to help aid your own treatement. UPDATE Pain free after just two visits, if you been in pain then you know what this is like, so went for a massage third visit, fell like a new man!
