I had the pleasure of working with 3 of ESP's experienced Physios during my time with them. Olivia, Jesse and Lewis all played a huge part in helping me recover from injuries sustained over a year of Powerlifting and Strongman competitions. The treatment I have received over the past 4-5months along with the knowledge and guidance provided has been first class and hugely beneficial. I have had input from Jesse for a number of different injuries. Every time diagnosis and treatment has been spot on. It was great to work with a physio that works to keep you moving and training as much as possible in opposed to just being told to rest. His collaborative patient focused approach is both refreshing and encouraging.

I was seen by Jesse Coad for pelvic pain during pregnancy. I managed to be seen on the day that I first called, during my lunch break, and thereafter Jesse was very flexible to my work commitments and worked around those to fit me in. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided lots of follow up information via email to supplement our sessions at no extra cost. I would have absolutely no hesitancy at recommending ESP Physiotherapy and particularly Jesse Coad due to the service I have received here during my pregnancy.

I started going to see Jesse at ESP about a year ago with issues in my neck and arm. Due to the work and help Jesse has given me I’ve been in a position to reduce pain relief medication and have more mobility and movement in my neck and arm. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I highly recommend ESP Physiotherapy. I received treatment for a badly damaged shoulder and have regained full use of my shoulder. Physio, Jesse, gave me progressive exercises that steadily improved strength and agility of my shoulder - while also being quite challenging initially. But this really moved me on quickly. Jesse was always ready on time , knowlegable & engaging The practice was clean and COVID safe.

I've been working with Jesse Coad for about 4-5 months now after being in a road accident a the end of 2019 with pretty significant injuries. Working with Jesse has been great! The time I started working with him I already had some Physio with the NHS but that got cut short due to Covid. Since then I have had major improvements on my left hand and knee with strength and mobility with some ongoing issues on the healing side things. I would highly recommend!

Had to visit Jesse for a couple of different issues and he was excellent from start to finish. The diagnosis was spot on and I was back running straight away having been told by another physio not to run! All the current Covid guidelines are being implemented and it feels a safe environment. Covid safe , no waiting straight in to your appointment. I have to be honest , I am A nurse who has worked with the NHS and private healthcare for over 15 years and I have never ever seen physio like this . Jesse is very professional , knowledgeable, friendly and Jesse’s passion for his job is evident throughout every session. I personally loved my physio sessions because I felt better and better after each and everyone . I could not recommend this service anymore all I was thinking was why haven’t I seen this before why hadn’t I thought of this . Now I know I wouldn’t hesitate in booking back with Jesse. You can’t put a price of your health. I could move better after my first session , every detail was communicated and explained in a way that it is understood . I would not hesitate in booking with Jesse again his physio power and world of knowledge is far superior to any physio I have seen in the past. ( there are many!) I've just finished a series of physio sessions after damaging my ankle and being unable to take part in Canicross running. ESP have supported me throughout the lockdown through Skype sessions to get back to running without pain quickly using straight forward exercises and without too much fuss. Lewis and his team are really knowledgeable, friendly, understanding and take the time to explain your injury and how they plan to help you fix it or work around the injury. Highly recommended!

I had problems with tightening in my calf when running over a few months. I had two consultations and the treatment provided meant that I now am able to exercise freely. Friendly service with sound advice on the appropriate stretching techniques combined with massage, complete with follow up emails on progress, all in all a great service.

Excellent sessions and Lewis was very professional and Knowledgeable. Different from normal as no direct contact due to Covid-19 so had to have sessions through Skype. Was very wary at 1st but Lewis made me feel relaxed and talked me through the whole process. To be honest if it was not for these sessions I think I would have been off my work with my injury but he helped me get through it with tips and exercises to help me through. Highly recommend this service for any injuries.

The sessions I got where very useful and tailored specially for me, I didn't feel like I was being fobbed off with generic exercises. It really helped when I hurt my back shortly before starting full-time work, and I was worried I might not be able to work, but the appointments got me back on track.

I attended physio for an assessment and was made to feel at ease Lewis gave me new exercises as I had been doing some advised by another physio and getting nowhere I did the exercises for a week then returned this time work was done on my back and more exercises given unfortunately lockdown started and I couldn’t attend the third appointment but Lewis organised that we could do it over Skype he gave me further strengthening exercises and I returned to work a few of weeks later I would not hesitate to use Lewis in the future and would Deffinatly recommend him thanks for getting me back to work :) Sharon

Struggled with a trapped nerve (2) in my lower back that went down my right leg. The treatment I received was first class as was the advice and exercise.. I would highly recommend this physio he knows his stuff. And the price is good aswell.

TLRD: Stop thinking about seeing this physio and start seeing him. Quite clearly a man who loves what he does, Jesse is a professional in every sense of the word. His treatment and rehab program has solved an issue I have had for 4+ years in a matter of weeks. I have been seeing Jesse Coad since March this year (8 months). He has patiently listened to my knee woes and provided excellent physio support, exercises and guidance throughout. When we hit setbacks, he referred me to specialists to ensure we explored all options. Ultimately, he has just signed me off after helping me regain full use of my knee again to the point i am playing tennis, cycling, walking as normal. Not bad for a knee the surgeons were desperate to operate on! I would highly recommend Jesse and ESP Physio. They are professional, knowledgeable and really work with you to find solutions to strengthen and repair your body.
