Friendly staff, very professional and always available to help. Very good value for money.
The place would benefit from a good paint and general tlc, but apart from that, I would highly recommend Back on Track.

I have been going for a few months already because I needed to recover my pelvic floor muscle after giving birth, and they have been really great. Very professional and kind, and I also had a quick recovery. They are brilliant!

Back on Track are brilliant. I have been going there for around 3 years now and every session I have I leave feeling satisfied whether it be with Paul or James.
Most recently I had a session with another physio I wasnt satisfied with. Paul invited me in free of charge the next day to have a session with him which removed all the aches and pains I had.
If you have any injuries or tightness I would certainly recommend them. Their prices are very reasonale compared to some local osteopaths or online services like Urban. Definitely 5 stars from me.

I've been seeing Paul for a number of years and he's always been fantastic - reduces my pain, improves my mobility and works through any sports injuries I've got. Such a professional service at Back on Track - 100% recommend them.

Paul is excellent. Been here a few times with various running related injuries. He diagnoses the issues promptly and teaches you the exercises to take home. These usually resolve the matter and only one visit is required, unlike some physios who encourage needless repeat visits.

Just home from seeing Kelly. Masks used by both of us. Sanitizer and hand washing before treatment. Only us there. As safe as can be for those needing physio at this time.
I'm a gardener who has ongoing back issues and have been visiting Kelly on a regular basis for several years. Can't praise her enough. Very hands on approach.... unlike NHS. Always gets me moving again, no push for extra appointments, only recommendations if she thinks they are needed. And such a lovely easy to chat to and knowledgeable physio. Highly recommend

Paul O'Hara has been my Physio the whole time I have been competing. He was responsible for getting me back on track after I had surgery to repair my Achilles tendon. I am now the under 23 national champion over the 100meter hurdles.
This is by far the best physiotherapy clinic in London; if you have any problems go and see Paul and his team down in Catford. You will not regret it. Professional, friendly and generally fantastic service!!

Paul O'Hara is a brilliant physio who I recommend all my clients to. A no nonsense approach who treats you the moment you walk through the door. Very knowledgeable and experienced and very resonably priced. Highly recommend their services.

Just brilliant. In only one session, Kelly found the reason my knees hurt so much, and after following her directions the pain is completely gone. In one hour I learnt more about my body than in my whole life :D Completely recommended. It's also nice that they told me the price of the session when I phoned to get an appointment, without having to ask.

Having suffered with back pain for quite a few years when trying to play tennis i almost gave up on the sport as it would always lead to my back letting me down. I was referred to Paul @ Back On Track and within a very short space of time he was able to identify the cause of my back issue and treat me accordingly, this was 2 years ago and I am now playing on the ITF senior tennis circuit and recently broken into the top 100 in the world for my age group. None of which would have been possible if it was not for Paul identifying the cause of my issue where many have tried before, in my eyes he has changed my life and enabled me to pursue my dreams within a sport that I love.
Highly recommended to all.

Brilliant Physio. Got me back to exercising after spine surgery. Saw many "specialists" before finding Paul. Explains your issue in an understandable way. Have run obstacle courses, 5k races, personal training, cycling and a walking marathon. Couldn't have done it without him. Won't see anyone else now.

Kelly was amazing, she quickly figured out what was wrong with my knee and treated it. I was able to walk out pain free and now know how to prevent recurrence while I train for a half marathon.

Has treated the whole family at one time or another. Hands on unlike NHS Physio. Pragmatic about repeat appointments, not given if self exercise stretches will solve issue.

Paul is a great physio; there is nothing he hasn't healed over the years. He's not convinced that anyone should run marathons but he's probably right about that...

Assessment and effective treatment in one hit. Perfect! Natalia was friendly and professional and I will definitely use Back on Track again.

This is a very friendly and reasonably priced physiotherapy practice, which has saved my back on several occasions, most notably from a prolapsed disc - Paul O' Hara spotted my distorted back almost before I took off my coat!
