Kim is fantastic! Couldn't recommend her enough. She was so helpful to me during the latter stages of my second pregnancy (massage and acupuncture). I had a difficult and fairly traumatic first birth experience - Kim was so kind and supportive. It's because of people like her that anxiety didn't get the better of me second time around.
I'm also convinced the acupuncture helped me during the labour for my second. I was overdue, with the possibility of a back to back baby. Kim helped move things in the right direction and got that baby wriggling like nothing else!! The birth exceeded all my expectations.
Not only is Kim empathetic, great at what she does but she also is a supporter of women (she went out of her way to help a friend of mine)
If I could give Kim 6 * I would!

I had a Mummy MOT with Kim and couldn’t recommend it more! I went to Kim as I had been really unsure about when I could start exercising again and what exercise I was able to do. I finished the consultation really understanding the impact my pregnancy and birth had had on my body - in particular, my pelvic floor and stomach - and feeling confident about how to manage my journey back to my former fitness in a safe way using the program she suggested. Kim is friendly and professional and really put me at ease.

Kim's exercise class has been great to have a specialist, tailored approach to pre natal exercise. Her physio background means that you feel reassured to ask her about pregnancy aches and pains and she designs exercises to help with specific issues in the group whilst making them useful to all. It's also been a great way of meeting other women locally. Due to the recent situation, the online classes have been a haven when it's easy to feel anxious and isolated. Would recommend these classes to everyone!

I started going to Kim’s pregnancy preparation class from when I was around 17 weeks pregnant and looked forward to it every week- great advice, tips and a perfect way to keep fit, whilst meeting a bunch of other mums to be! Wish I found out about it earlier.
Kim also gave me some acupuncture at home which was extremely relaxing, so much so I went into labour 12 hours later!!!
Now I’m enjoying getting my strength and fitness back at the mama fitness classes.

I can’t recommend Kim highly enough.
I had a traumatic birth that I have struggled to recover from and was on a long waiting list for an NHS appointment, so I decided to have a Mummy MOT with Kim. It is one of the best decisions I made for my postpartum recovery journey. If you are considering booking a Mummy MOT with KIm, don’t hesitate; it is worth the investment and I have recommended it to my other mummy friends.
At my appointment Kim was kind and sensitive, as well as knowledgeable and professional. Kim has really gone out of her way to ensure that I am on the right path to recovery and has followed up with me multiple times since the MOT. It is clear that she really cares about her clients and I am so grateful she has gone above and beyond to help me.
I have also been doing Kim’s Mamas Fitness classes which are brilliant. Her classes are tailored to the participants, and she allows everyone to work at their own pace. I was a bit nervous to do them, but Kim fosters a really friendly atmosphere.

Really enjoy these classes. They provide a great mix of cardio/pilates exercises and relaxation, and Kim does a great job of tailoring the classes to our needs and stage of pregnancy. There's also usually a topic for discussion (e.g. labour prep, breast feeding), which I really value - have learnt a lot from Kim's insights and the discussion with others in the class. This goes beyond your simple exercise classes, with Kim making a great effort to foster a nice community of pregnant ladies! Highly recommend.

Kim does a course that is completely different to any other pregnancy one I have been to. It’s a perfect mix to get you ready for birth. Starting with a chance to talk about aspects of our pregnancy or birthing plans with each each, we do aerobics, pilates, yoga and finish off with relaxation. No week is the same and Kim comes with lots of equipment to support each exercise. The leg strengthening exercises were particularly helpful to keep me going during the birth of my son!

I highly recommend the acupuncture Kim gave me for morning sickness. It was much improved after 2 or 3 sessions. She was professional, friendly and was very reassuring when I was feeling really rubbish!
I’m also really enjoying her exercise classes, I started at 14 weeks and have met some lovely mums to be whilst working out in a safe and friendly environment. I would highly recommend!

This class was great fun! It was a good place to meet other people.
Kim was incredibly knowledgable. She managed to tailor the class to the needs of the individuals whilst involving everyone. She cleverly managed to give appropriate exercises to people at different stages of pregnancy. Her physio expertise was invaluable to me personally as I was injured.
I highly recommend this excellent class.

Kim’s classes are great, really relaxed and she changes the exercises for different stages so she can cater for however far along you are in pregnancy. It’s a nice atmosphere you feel comfortable talking and learning about pregnancy and birth.
