I've been seeing Tess for around 2 to 3 years now. Really knows her stuff. Does massage to manipulation to acupuncture. She has also treated members of my family too and they have been v pleased. Great service. Good pricing. Very very "effective". Cannot recommend her strongly enough!

I've been seeing Tessa at Effective Physiotherapy for around a year now and am thrilled with how much she has helped me. My previously recurring back spasms are now a thing of the past. She takes the time to explain what is going on, and how to prevent issues in the future. She also communicates frequently with my personal trainer in the gym to make sure that my back issues don't recur. Excellent physiotherapist!

I sustained an injury to my leg which I need regular physio for and was recommended to Tessa. She has really helped me to recover to the point that I am able to weight train again. She was so good at pinpointing my issue and keeping injury at bay, that she now deals with one of my relatives who also sees her regularly and gets great benefits. The facilities are clean and I am quite particular about hygiene and standards, so I disagree with the negative review below.

I’ve been seeing Tessa for approximately 6 months now for treatment of a back issue caused by cycling and generally poor posture. Not only has she got me moving again but her advice on my position whilst cycling has prevented reoccurrence of the problem and improved my efficiency. I've been going to Effective Physiotherapy Ltd for around a year now. I have a musculoskeletal problem that is very difficult to manage, and can make physiotherapy more difficult. My physiotherapist at Effective Physiotherapy does a brilliant job of managing my condition. She really knows her stuff, she's friendly, and she comes with a variety of solutions. I'm so glad I chose this company. I was really surprised to see the comment regarding the facilities. I have been to several physiotherapists over the years, and I can confirm the facilities of this company are of the same standard as anywhere else.

Following ongoing osteoarthritis of both knees I am on a waiting list for surgery - my daily pain is only alleviated with medicine until I found this physio (fully registered and regulated) who worked with a plan to help ease discomfort. I was treated and the pain subsided; the physio applied kinesiology tape and almost immediately the pain went. I have seen many physios, but no one has applied as much effort or even correctly diagnosed the issues I have, until I met This physio. My wife and friends have been treated by her and each one has benefitted from a great service. Having worked in regulation and also care commission area, I can state that at both venues where I was treated, are exemplary clinical settings,with all items clean and fresh towels and rolls were used for me. Prior to my treatment the physio applied alcohol cleansing gel and the room was spotless. Any person looking for effective treatment I recommend highly this company and especially Ms George Da Silva!

Professional therapy and treatment that has made a massive difference to gym injuries. Brilliant for general well being or sports/physio massages. Don't know what the woman who wrote the negative review is talking about she must have had dirt in her eye!
