I have had disc/back and leg pain for over 7 years. I often felt that clinicians wouldn’t listen to me and would simply give generic advice rather than listening to me in detail. Jo did this and more. She listened and listened with interest and passion. She formed a plan and we moved forward together. I instantly felt like she actually wanted to really help me succeed and manage / cure my pain.
That’s the first bit.
Jo proceeded to amaze me with her knowledge and experience. I have to say she has been incredible for me and my back issues. She gets it. She’s good, so very good. I am in no doubt better by a very large percentage and I continue to see Jo twice a week. I’m so so so pleased that I found Jo. She’s amazing and also a lovely person. Thank you so much Jo

Jo is absolutely brilliant, I cannot recommend her enough. I suffered from an irritable fat pad which she quickly sorted and I have had no further issues months later. Jo also helped connect me with training programs for an upcoming Marathon. Jo goes above and beyond, is incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging.

I came to see Jo having spent several years really struggling with my back, following the birth of my children. It was impacting every aspect of my daily life and having seen several physios and Dr’s I genuinely didn’t believe it would ever improve.
I couldn’t speak more highly of Jo, she has not only transformed my back problem but she has also educated me and helped me learn and understand how to look after my back. She is brilliant and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any of my friends or family.

I met with Jo for a number of sessions after she had been recommended to me by a friend. She quickly identified the source of my back issues which were linked to my pregnancy/postpartum. The treatment and advice Jo provided made the issue better very quickly and a month on the problem is resolved and I feel so much better. Jo was brilliant throughout and is an exceptionally knowledgable physio and a super lovely person too!

I first met Jo a few years after a serious car crash left me with lifelong injuries that were restricting my ability to live an active life. Thanks to her caring and well thought out approach to my treatment, I have been able to improve my health and well being both mentally and physically.
I found her Pilates classes to be an excellent way of increasing my strength and they started me on a path to being able to ride my bike long distances for many consecutive days. Her background as a physio combines brilliantly with the Pilates so your treatment can be tailored to whatever your goals are. I have no hesitation in recommending Jo, she will provide you with all the help you need.

I have seen many physiotherapists previously (being a physio myself I know what I am looking for) and Jo is hands down the best I have seen. She identified my long standing back issue quickly and treatment eased pain immediately. Her knowledge of rehab to get people back to their chosen activity or sport is fantastic and her honest caring approach made me feel like improvements were achievable. The combination of hands on treatment and pilates was just the ticket! Any flares ups now are due to me not listening/ doing what is asked of me not Jo's diagnostic/rehab skills!

I have seen Jo for a couple of issues in the last year and they have all been resolved quickly and efficiently. I had achilles problems and Jo worked with me on them, plus gave me simple exercises to do on my own which made a huge difference. I also took pilates with her, which is a great, low impact way to build up strength and reduce injuries. I'd highly recommend her!

After 2 total hip replacements 2 months apart Jo got me on the road to recovery by encouragement with exercises and patience as I could not walk before my operations. I have made a good recovery and now walk to my local shops which are half a mile away, I am grateful for her friendly manner and expertise.
