Have been seeing Jacek since October 2018 and his guidance during our sessions has been invaluable. His knowledge is so thorough and he is able to adapt to any level of fitness or goal, and was also extremely flexible whenever I was injured. He is essentially a physio meets personal trainer meets nutritionist in one, and always ensures you are doing everything correctly and safely. Would highly recommend!

Jacek is much more than your average personal trainer. He's got very in depth knowledge of conditioning and training and combines this with passion and people skills. He's helped me improve my fitness and strength and rehabilitate my injuries. He's a great guy and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Jacek is a knowledgeable and highly qualified PT who takes his role seriously. He’s sets tough, tailored sessions. However he’s also encouraging and supportive. In my own case I’ve carried an injury and Jacek has tailored my training so I can progress without taking an additional injury risk. He’s a busy guy with many long standing clients, which is all down to his commitment. Definitely worth giving a try if you’re looking for a new PT.

The real deal. Himself a professional lifter, Jacek is extremely knowledgeable about the body and the effects that training has on it. He's friendly but never lacking professionalism and is genuinely enthusiastic about people that have a desire to improve themselves, at any age or level!
I have been training with him for close to a year, and we have tuned our training to be more in line with my personal strength and fitness goals. I'm very pleased with the results and am enjoying where this journey is taking me!

Jacek's been my trainer for a number of years now and he's brilliant at what he does - whatever level you're looking for. He knows exactly how hard to push me without the need to shout. He's very calm and great to get along with, I consider him more a friend than a PT. This is a trait not often found with PT's can often be too pushy. Jacek is not this, and as a result I always look forward to sessions with him. He mixes up workouts to keep things fresh and always has my interests and health at heart. I cannot recommend Jacek enough - probably one of the best personal trainers I've worked with in London, and there have been a few over the years!
He's been working with me for over a year now, and I have made great progress during that time. Unlike some PTs, Jacek doesn't give you a "run of the mill" workout and just counts down the reps for you - he listens to your needs, your limitations, and your expectations and provides a taylor made workout program, constantly adjusting and fine tuning it.
I have ongoing back problems, which used to put a spanner in my gym routine, but he always finds a way to work around them in a sensible and researched based manner. There's none of that "you gotta work through the pain" nonsense.
Jacek is extremely well studied in several aspects of physical fitness, sports therapy and rehabilitation. Something you don't find very often in a personal trainer.
Professionalism aside, Jacek's calm and focused personality provides the perfect atmosphere for an efficient, yet enjoyable workout and the sessions usually fly by with a few laughs along the way.

Jacek is a great PT. He really listens to what you want to achieve and builds plans that will let you focus on meeting your goals. Jacek is a great PT. I think weight training for women can still be a bit of a minefield, and there's a apprehension about getting bigger and bulky but I've been training with him for 2 years and he's moved me from being cardio focussed and hating weights to asking him if I can do more deadlifts - which is no easy feat!
He's super knowledgeable and has helped me continue training around two separate injuries. If you're looking for someone committed to helping you meet your personal goals but also to push you to increase your fitness - then he's your man.
