I started antenatal pilates with Geraldine at the end of my first trimester. I love her classes! They are varied from week to week, and she gives different options for variations according to the stage of pregnancy and energy levels. Geraldine is really supportive and friendly during the classes, creating a great sense of community even though we’re online. She is professional and pays attention to technique during the classes, and is quick to respond to queries. I definitely recommend her.

I am currently attending my second ten week block of online Pilates classes with Geraldine. I am delighted with the improvement in my strength and flexibility over the weeks. I particularly chose these classes as the teacher, Geraldine is a qualified physiotherapist. Geraldine’s physiotherapist knowledge enables her to tailor the exercises in the class to each person’s individual needs. Geraldine’s physiotherapy experience also means she is eagle eyed at spotting when someone in the class needs to adjust their position to ensure they are doing the exercise correctly and/or getting the maximum benefit from the exercise.

Fantastic Antenatal Pilates. My back pain reduced with Geraldine’s classes. Geraldine made me feel comfortable and safe with her knowledge and adapting the exercises to my ability. Very friendly class, I’d highly recommend. Looking forward to joining the postnatal classes.

Geraldine’s Pilates classes are great. Her physio backgrounds means you get really good tips on how to stretch and how it should feel, something I’ve struggled with in other Pilates classes. She’s great at helping with any questions on specific aches and pains and always makes the class friendly and relaxed. Definitely an exercise class not to miss!

I've been doing pilates now for 2 months and have really enjoyed it. At the time i started, i had a 4 month old baby and was keen to build up my strength to get back to running. From the first class I really began to appreciate the "me time". I feel really energised after each class and can feel my strength building each week. Geraldine's classes are interactive, clear and informative. Geraldine demonstrates various levels of each stretch so that you can go at your own pace, be that beginner, intermediate or advanced. I look forward to seeing a friendly face each Thursday. I highly recommend this as a lockdown or post natal activity.

I have done two classes with Geraldine now and she's the loveliest person and an amazing teacher. The baby massage was such a good course and my baby adores her massages. And the pilates class is tough (in a good way) and I can feel myself strengthening after only a couple of sessions. She takes time to correct postures and give encouragement. Best teacher ever!

Geraldine is a fantastic Pilates teacher and ensures that everyone in the class is given the support they need, while providing an entertaining commentary on the pain being inflicted! I would really recommend her, particularly to beginners like me who find these kind of classes quite intimidating.
