Reviews of Lloyd's Wellbeing Centre

Friendly and skilled physio with helpful staff. I recommend ! The booking process is really easy with their online platform. Minor downside is that you need a pass for security reasons to enter the building unless you work there.

Very friendly staff, clean and pleasant place, well located for people who work close to Monument or Bank Stations. My physiotherapy doctor is very competent - I really see an improvement in my condition. I can definitely say that this service is helping me and I will recommend it to my friends.

Jean-Vincent is very professional and explains my condition to me as clearly as possible. He has given me exercises that have improved my condition and he is encouraging when I feel discouraged about my progress. The clinic are very good with time and I am always seen on time and for the full period. I get a text reminder just over 24 hours before the appointment to ensure I don't forget. The location is very convenient for me from work - 5 min walk to the building. Usually it does not take long to clear security and obtain a pass. The receptionist is always friendly and welcoming. All in all I am very pleased with the service I have received.

Fantastic range of treatments to keep your body fit and on track for business.

I go to Lloyd's wellbeing centre for physiotherapy through work, Alessio is very skilled and significantly reduced the pain I have in my wrists. Also the receptionist is really friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend.

Can't rate this is osteopath any more highly, they were thorough with communication and treatment. I have had a number of osteopaths but this one is the best. The online booking system and text message confirmations were a great touch and I always felt welcomed. Getting into the building can be tough as you need iD and there can be a queue for this sometimes.

Made my appointment on the spur of the moment. Got an appointment to see a physio on the same day. Friendly staff, reasonable price, effective treatment. No complaints at all

Michal’s knowledge and expertise are really impressive. I’ve had a long standing ankle injury that no one had been able to help with (nhs physios, injections, etc) until I met Michal at the Wellbeing Centre. I would recommend him to anyone!!!

At the start of September, I went into Lloyds on a self-referral for Sciatic pain. Mark Bussetti, the Osteopath there, first set out to confirm that it was sciatica (which it was) and set to work.
Within three sessions, I was no longer limping, struggling to move around or in constant discomfort. I was at around 10% of the initial pain after the first session alone. After a couple more sessions, Mark's expertise has led him to complete resolve my back issue.
Highly recommended, and many thanks again for the excellent job!

Great range of services available and very convenient, didn't even realise there was a clinic in the Lloyd's building! I had a massage and osteopathy treatment which I would recommend. I will definitely be back.

Great sports massage and good results so far from my course of treatment with the osteopath. Pleasantly surprised to find these services available in the Lloyd's Building. Thanks!

Got a very quick appointment to see osteopath the same day. There was no one on reception in the centre so had to phone through. Osteopath however was very good.

The wellbeing centre is a well kept secret, so handily placed in the City and with excellent practitioners. I have attended for several months and been delighted with the outcome. I would recommend to anyone.

BUPA-friendly physio well located for those working in the city. Leave an extra minute or two to get a guest pass from reception, though.
