I've been working with Amy and the team at Mint for around a year now to help on an ACL knee issue I've had since my twenties. The whole team are great, very supportive and I'm on my way (injury free) to running my first ultra-marathon later this year.

I went to see Jonathan following a calf injury I received through running. Jonathan provided a swift analysis of the injury and we got to work straight away in the gym working on some strength exercises. He was really helping in a analysing my running form to explain the injury and provided me with a full write up of exercises to do in between sessions. The Wimbledon clinic is in a fantastic easy to reach location and I feel so much better now I am on the right path with the help of Mint Well-being. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Amy and Mint Wellbeing highly enough! I’ve had a recurring hip problem for many years and have seen numerous physios because of it. After 3 months of working with Amy my hip pain has dramatically decreased.
Amy quickly identified the root of the problem and has since addressed all problematic areas to build my strength. She created a tailored exercise plan for me to follow which is regularly updated to reflect my progress. When practicing the exercises Amy gives thorough and clear feedback which is really helpful. She has also achieved all of this virtually due to the pandemic.

I could not recommend more highly. I have been visiting Amy and Team over the past 10 months for ACL rehab post surgery and they have been brilliant - I am almost back to full strength which at one point seemed impossible. They have been excellent during the COVID pandemic, continuing via video calls during lock down and offering a safe/clean environment now we are back in the gym.

Rupturing your achilles twice and having restorative surgery last year had been a catalyst for a low period in my life. Luckily, I was recommended by my surgeon to the team at Mint. I saw Chris for about 3 months and it was a truly phenomenal journey - from not having the confidence to walk down the stairs to cofidently leg pressing, squatting, box jumping and more. I'd like to thank Chris for all the support, parting of great physical and physiological knowledge and helping my build that mental resilience again and Amy for that 1 hard but rewarding session!

After a motorbike accident I was keen to be treated by someone with the requisite skills to give me the best chance of a full recovery. I could barely move my arm after breaking the very top of my humerus. I chose Amy due to her experience of complex traumatic shoulder injuries, A&E experience and her exemplary qualifications. My physio sessions were handled sympathetically and progressed at a pace I was comfortable with.
What set Amy’s practice apart from other physios was the well equipped spacious gym with the ability to build an achievable exercise regime that was tailored by Amy. This coupled with Amy’s in-depth knowledge, access to the gym anytime and the training plan available online, meant I was getting the best treatment and advice I could hope for. The results have been astonishing for me. From a few cm’s movement to almost full range and much improved strength, I’ve been able to play squash again which I never thought was possible when I started treatment! I can’t thank Amy enough and would not hesitate to recommend her and the incredible facilities available.

Having suffered a frustrating running injury to my back, glute and hip, and having struggled with unsuccessful attempts at rehab with other physiotherapists, I finally found Mint or, more importantly, I found Amy Gasson. I could not provide enough positive feedback for Amy and team. I have just completed 6 weeks of physio at Mint for a hip injury. I mainly saw Patrick but also Amy a couple of times when Patrick was away so as not to halt progress - no issues with this, they had done a good handover and Amy knew what stage we were at.
Having not been able to run without significant pain for a few months I was back running 10k after about 4 weeks thanks to the great physio received. These guys know what they are doing!
Mint were recommended to me by an orthopaedic surgeon in the hope of sorting the issue without surgery and seems that they have been able to. Thank you!

I attended for physiotherapy post fracturing my shoulder skiing in two places and had the best guidance from Amy Gasson at Wellbeing in Wimbledon. The clinic, being situated at the Fitness Space, with the use of their equipment combined with the experience and knowledge of Amy helped my movement tremendously by the use of weights and machines in the gym, achieving full return of motion of my humorous and shoulder blade with a short few weeks. After years of seeking help for a recurrent knee injury, Mint Wellbeing is by far the most comprehensive and professional treatment I have had. Amy, took the time to take a focused but thorough history, examination, and diagnosis. Unlike past physiotherapists, she really clearly explained the exact cause and mechanics of the problem (and solutions) the whole way through the appointment. She quickly relieved the current pain with a massage and very comfortable strapping, and guided me through a manageable, specific set of exercises and stretches, that reflected the equipment I had access to. I went to Mint Wellbeing following a serious knee injury which I was told I'd be very lucky to avoid having surgery on, however, after working with Amy I was back to playing rugby within 6 months and have avoided having to go down the surgery route.
I cannot thank them enough for the help in getting me back on my feet, both literally and figuratively, and getting back to doing the hobbies I enjoy! From my first engagement to getting the all clear I have experienced nothing but a professional, yet extremely friendly, experience.

I would highly recommend! I saw Amy at Mint Wellbeing in Wimbledon after being recommended by a friend. Honestly it was the best decision I could have made. I was 4 weeks out from going ahead with an ACL reconstruction operation. I partially tore my ACL playing netball and had been told many times by health professionals my only route would be operative. I had been told the recovery back to the level I wanted would be over a year. I saw Amy and she assessed my knee and gave me hope that non operative could work for me. I wanted to return to a high level of competitive badminton and netball. We worked together on my strength, balance and proprioception. My own personal programme was created which I could access online. The after care was incredible and she was in constant email contact with me and whenever I felt worried she would reassure me. Once i was fully fit, she recommended that I go back and train with my coach but we have still kept in contact. I am now 2 months from when I was due to have operation and have been back playing competitively for the last 3 weeks and I'm due to play my first tournament this weekend. Honestly I can't thank Amy and mintwellbeing enough. If you are looking for not only an outstanding physio but someone that cares for her clients then mintwellbeing is the place for you!

I thoroughly enjoyed my use and experience at Mint Wellbeing. The consultation with Lizzie was extremely thorough and informative. I was given really useful advice in regards to improving my flexibility and joint mobility as well as a nice relaxing plus incredibly satisfying leg massage.
Patrick is an exceptional member of the team. In my session with him I learnt a wide range of plyometric exercises and tips that would stop picking up injuries while I boxed. Patrick's expertise and history working with professionals shone through here as he could relate to the issues I had and was able to remedy them with sound advice.
