Tim and the Myoset team have totally changed my perspective to mobility and physio on the whole! The team are incredibly friendly and approachable plus the clinic is gorgeous. I can't speak more highly of them and I'm constantly recommending everyone to book a session!

Best lower back massage I ever had… When I arrived my level of pain was 8, Ai-Ling Lu listened carefully to my problem and after a deep tissue massage and stretching exercises I came out that my pain level was 2 and I had regained my freedom of movement. She also gave me stretching exercises to do at home with clear and easy to follow instructions. I highly recommend Myoset and will definitely visit again 🔝🔝💯💯

I have been having trouble with pain in my right foot its been holding me back with my training i went in to Myoset for consultation and treatment after explaining the problem… Ai - Ling Lu basically highlighted the problem in a few minutes and went to work on my calf muscles and foot muscles she released alot of the tension and gave me stretches/ strength exercises to focus on .. a day later my legs are feeling super strong and feeling great!! Its a great service and definitely will be back 💯🔥🔥🔥 thanks again🖖🏽💪🏽😎

Have suffered with a long term knee injury for a number of years and have seen several physios with no avail. Tim is the best physiotherapist I have ever come across! I have known time for quite a few years now and recently I’ve had an injury with my leg and back due to the gym. Tim has been able to get me back on my feet and be able to continue my exercises and running. Incredible facility, with loads of fantastic different recovery methods available. I’ve used compression leggings, the massage gun, took part in Pilates and their stretching recovery classes. All fantastic! And I’ve received a massage and body realignment from the owner Tim. Literally felt like a new person coming out of there. Can not recommend this place highly enough!

The premises are situated next to my local gym and are slick and brand new. Having suffered with recurring knee and ankle injuries from years of running, very active lifestyle and general wear and tear, I really needed to sort this out. I literally stumbled into Myoset and I’m so glad I did. Tim was professional, experienced and had great interpersonal skills. He reassured me that I’ve done no lasting damage and explained precisely what was wrong and what needed to be done. MYOSET IS THE PLACE TO BE if you need recovery, rehab or even prehab. They have a number of experienced physiotherapists who are very approachable and friendly to deal with - you'll be leaving pain-free after few sessions if not the first consultation. Not to mention that the mobility/recovery classes are incredible and the recovery lounge is one to visit ASAP for the ultimate chill. Amazing brand and great people! Special shoutout to Tim, Tamara and Rhianne for everything you have done so far to assist with my recovery! YOU GUYS ARE ACE!

I met Tim at the National Fitness Games while he and his Team offering free treatment to all athletes. By the end of competition my lower back was in acute pain and i was so bless to see Tim treating another athlete and immediately I realised that he is super professional and expert (basis on my experience of treatments back in Greece). When my treatment finished i felt like i never had any issue with my lower back and my body was reset completely. I am continuing my treatments with Tim since I am training excessively and quite intense and every single time I feel like I have reborn. I have a feeling of reassurance that whatever my fitness life brings, Tim is there for me and this feeling is unique. I can't recommend Tim enough! If you are an athlete aiming for peak performance or a person that wants a free-pain life then Tim and his Team is your best investment! I am eternally grateful that I met him!
