I came to my appointment at Physio Ed today, which I made in person on Saturday, and I was told I WAS NOT ON THE LIST. The therapist I was about to see was booked for the time I was scheduled for - with another patient! I am 100% certain the appointment was booked for today, I booked it on Saturday in person. I was told that my appointment was “not in the system”. That is it. I was sent away with nothing.
I did not get any cancellation note, anything. I put an effort to come on a busy work day, and I was sent away, because my appointment “has not been booked”. I repeat, I am 100% sure I did book it in person. I cannot express how disappointed I am.
The therapists are amazing, but this experience is beyond disappointing.

Its got a great gym area for rehab with all the kit youll find in the gym and more! The staff and therapists will go above and beyond to make sure your back on the move! Excellent.

L. M.I saw Jenny for a muscle issue under my ribs which has been plaguing me for over 10 years. Within 2 sessions she had sorted it. Did some (painful but worth it) massage, and gave me a few exercises to do at home. I am so impressed, having suffered for so long. Jenny cracked it 100%. Thank you!!
