I had a fantastic experience with Andrew. I went to him having suffered from pain in my wrist for almost a year and a half after a football injury. After an insightful introduction session, Andrew set me up with a very effective exercise routine that has resulted in my wrist feeling the best it has done since the injury. He was very friendly, thoughtful and diligent in his approach and I felt really well supported through each session. Highly recommend!

Andrew is quite simply an excellent physio. He helped me both before and after knee surgery. Andrew tailored a rehabilitation exercise programme that got me from hardly being able to walk down stairs to being back running. Highly recommended if you're after a friendly & knowledgeable physio.

After suffering hamstring injuries for many years, I decided to see Andrew after my latest tear. The level of treatment was excellent and the rehab programme undertaken has helped build back up the muscle in a measured approach leaving me confident of fewer issues going forward.
Andrew explained everything going on with the injury in easy to understand terms and the app used to help with rehab was a good reminder to assist getting back to sport.
Would definitely recommend.

Andy is generous, thorough and a great communicator. I came to see Andy after suffering for a few months with pain in and around my shoulder; Andy patiently worked with me to figure out what the cause of the pain was and provided graduated exercises to tackle it, ensuring they were exercises I could realistically make time for in my schedule. The level of exploration and detail he provided was hugely reassuring - Andy is fantastic to work with.
(hopefully he can forgive me for my dreadfully late review !!)

I went to Andrew ahead of ACL reconstruction surgery, having suffered a torn ACL playing football. He has been the most brilliant physio, both clearly technically competent and a kind, encouraging person who understands how much of the work in injury rehabilitation is psychological.
Before the operation Andrew met with me, and helped me prepare for what was coming - giving both exercise routines and general advice on what I should expect and plan for. And then after the surgery, he worked closely with me on getting back to fitness.
A few things stand out about Andrew as a physio. Firstly his ability to dovetail his advice with the NHS physio service. He always checked in on what they were saying to me, and built exercise routines which complemented what they advised.
Secondly he was extremely encouraging and uplifting. The surgery itself is fairly major, leaving me unable to walk without crutches for some weeks and meaning it took a number of months to regain significant strength. It felt like Andrew was there every step of the way - pushing me the right amount and always encouraging me. I'm convinced this was a large part of why my recovery was so speedy in the end.
And finally Andrew is a very honest and open physio. He didn't try and see me more than needed, and advised me at the point when I 'could do it alone'. I always felt he was invested in me as a person rather than just a 'client'.
I really do recommend Andrew for anyone who needs a physio who is both compassionate and very encouraging.

I run a lot, and over the years I've had constantly recurring back pain, hamstring pulls and calf strains. I recently had a few sessions with Andrew and the results have been a revelation. I feel so much more flexible and can run without the expectation of some sort of injury in the days that follow.
Andrew obviously knows his craft inside out and takes a very logical approach to finding where the problems lie. He then puts together a program of tools to fix those problems.
Andrew is very clear that the client needs to put in some work of their own, i.e. that we actually have to do the exercises he's recommending, but he understands that his clients have lives to live, so sets pragmatic, achievable goals.
It's very noticeable that Andrew is NOT in the business of trying to hook clients in for ongoing expensive treatment, he is very keen to improve things in as few sessions as possible.
I have gone to quite a few physios in my time and I would definitely say that Andrew is head, shoulders - and several vertebrates - above the rest.

I got in touch with Andrew when I was struck with a very inconvenient and painful trapped sciatic nerve. He was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful, his advice and exercises got me moving in no time! Would 100% recommend, although I'm hoping that's the last of my issue!

Andrew is so incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. I came to him with a neck and a knee problem and within a couple of sessions I saw a dramatic improvement. Being 6ft 6 I am sure Andrew hasn't seen the last of me but for the time being the exercises and his reccomended adjustments to every day life have helped enormously. I can't thank him enough.

Excellent, would highly recommend. Andrew thoughtfully supported my 15 year old sports-focused daughter who was experiencing some hip pain. Andrew’s approach and exercises were very clear and supportive and she is back up and running again pain free.

Andrew provided an excellent service when I went to him with foot pain. He very quickly diagnosed the issue as plantar fasciitis and then gave me a targeted series of exercises to do. It was a no nonsense response to a painful problem and doing the exercises resolved the issue. Would highly recommend Andrew.

Andrew was excellent at treating my back/shoulder pain - he identified the problem and built me an exercise plan to help in the longer term. Very easy to organise an appointment and friendly service throughout. Highly recommended.

So good. Highly recommend Andrew to sort out your aches and pains. He’s very personable, professional and thorough. An additional bonus is that he’s a tennis player too so understands the consequences of that sport. I found the videos to accompany treatment really helpful too. Thank you Andrew!

Andrew sorted my back pain. As a keen runner I was pretty upset when I development back pain and a sciatic nerve problem. I had a phone consultation with Andrew which worked well. He then gave me video tutorials to show me what stretches to do. I'm now back up and running after two months out. At one point I thought I would have to give up running but i'm very grateful to Andrew for sorting it out. Lucian (just 50)

Andrew treated my troublesome groin and lower back pain over more than six weeks with great patience and investigative skill. He devised a well-targeted programme of exercises which has solved the problem. Definite recommendation.

Had a consultation with Andrew about a stiff thumb. He was brilliant and has given me some daily exercises that are already making a difference! Weirdly the exercises are quite hard!

What can I say. Andrew is just a brilliant physio. I went to him after a few days of severe lower back pain, hoping to recover quickly and get some tips on what to do to avoid the issue for resurfacing.
He listened very carefully, asked lots of questions to make sure to get the full picture of the situation, and designed a set of tailored exercises to help me recover — all while being very kind and encouraging.
I started feeling the benefits of the exercise within a few days and, after a month from the first visit, not only my back feels much better but I also feel confident that I have the tools to take better care of it and avoid the same issues coming back.
Thanks, Andrew!
