I was referred to Sixphysio (Women’s Health) by Dr Seth (Pure Sports Medicine) due to a pain in my lower back/tailbone. I had a six sessions with Amy Yates, which changed my life and reduce the pain dramatically, I would say around 80%. I never knew the real meaning of ‘women’s health’ until then. Amy is very friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. I am beyond grateful and happy to go back for another 6 x session to concentrate and improve the strength of my core and pelvic area. Thank you Amy!

Excellent service. I picked up an injury 3 weeks prior to a marathon. Mark helped me get back to fitness and advised me how to deal with my injury if pain occurred during the race. Mark is professional and friendly. If I pick up another injury, I would definitely return.

I suffered from severe pains in my shoulder as well as tennis elbow. The consultants were talking about possible surgery but recommended to a course of physio first. Amelia at SIX Physio put me through an at times gruelling regime of physio as well as a giving me a set of exercises which I followed diligently. Approximately 7 months later I'm completely symptom free. I could not recommend SIX Physio and Amelia in particular more highly.

I went to Rachel and the team at Six Physio with issues on my back and knees that had developed whilst training for an Ironman. With strength work from Rachel and release work with Amelia they were able to completely take away the pain in my back and provide me with all the tools I needed to manage the pain in my knee. I was subsequently able to train with confidence and went on to complete the race in a time beyond what I was hoping. I put a large proportion of that success down to the fantastic work from Six Physio. Thanks guys, you’re awesome!

I came to Six Physio with the dreaded ITBS and was seen initially by Jo and then by Skye for the bulk of my treatment. Everything from start to finish was excellent. They were very thorough in their assessments and focused the treatment on eliminating the root causes instead of simply addressing the symptoms. I'd had unsuccessful treatment elsewhere, but I credit Skye for getting me back to running. Highly recommended!

I'm a keen cyclist, but I'd been having discomfort with my knee for a while. Having initially just put it down to the ageing process I eventually went for a Cycling Assessment with Nichola at Six. In the first session not only did we get a good handle on why I was having the problem, but Nichola was able to show me a half dozen exercises to try to alleviate it. Just simple stretches, but stretching the right muscles. The difference has been incredible, I'm really impressed and have been on some long rides since without any problems. I'd recommend Six to anyone in my position - you don't necessarily just have to accept those niggles, you might be able to do something about it!
