I am very happy with the result of physiotherapy sessions that I did with Regis, from Soho Physiotherapy. He really did a fantastic job and I feel that my back and posture have greatly improved. Also, I had a separate conversation with Simon, who was very kind to guide me thoroughly on best exercises and general habits to have to maintain healthy back and body. Overall, services that were provided were on a high level and professional. Thank you!

been coming here for physio for a few weeks now. The physiotherapist, regis, is fantastic and has helped me improve my shoulder pain and mobility in just a few weeks. I saw Regis at Soho Physiotherapy for a bundle of appointments over a bad back. Regis was really knowledgeable and worked on getting my mobility back, giving me stretching exercises to ease the problem at home, and also give me a plan for going forwards to strengthen and avoid it happening again.

I had a fantastic experience with Regis as my physio. Over a 6 week period, I went from debilitating lower back pain to moving more freely than I have in years and getting back to jiu jitsu. Couldn't recommend him more highly, friendly, very knowledgeable and takes a holistic approach, focusing not just on short term easing of pain but also on longer term strengthening of the appropriate muscles to avoid having to come back (hopefully)!

I have been attending Regis’ from Soho Physio for a couple of weeks because I have a bad pain in my jaw. I can not rate his professionalism and expertise highly enough. From the first session and thanks to his brilliant work and great advice on exercises I can do everyday the pain is decreasing. Still a work in progress, but big improvements every week.
Really easy communication with Simon who takes care of any admin related enquiries.

He diagnosed the problem with my knee very quickly and got me fit again before my hiking holiday. He also gave me lots of information regarding the problem and how to prevent it from happening again. Would highly recommend him.

Suffering fairly chronic back pain, I had 5 sessions with Regis. over a couple of weeks. He was extremely thorough in his investigation and his treatment included hands on, exercise and advice. He is clearly a very knowledgeable, highly skilled physio. He is very personable and apart from the pain, the sessions were a pleasure to attend. I had to leave the country after the fifth session but in that time he had both eased the pain and set me up with exercises to help the healing process. A week later, exercising daily, I am virtually pain free. Thank you Regis.

I am so grateful to soho physiotherapy, they made a potentially scary and unknown situation feel safe and manageable. I was able to see them initially at very short notice they were clear kind and efficient. When I arrived I was comforted by all the Covid precautions in place. I am quite anxious but I was put at my ease, the physio explained everything he was doing - he gave a hands on assessment but was also interested in me and my symptoms. It was empowering, I was given exercises to do between sessions, and he was diligent, thoughtful friendly and professional. I am still receiving treatment but I feel I am in safe hands, each session becomes a little more relaxing. Thanks so much to all the team - especially in these strange times. Warmly Natasha

I have worked with Simon and his team over the past 5 years. What I think makes them incredibly valuable (besides their expertise) is the time they take to understand the life you want to live and the things you want to do (in my case, running). Then they begin to address whatever issue has brought you in to see them and treat it through the prism of what you ask for from your body.
As part of this, Simon will move quickly to get any additional support that you might need. While helping me with a foot issue, he immediately got me in to see a specialist (literally within a day). He made everything tremendously easy and now, we have a more clear understanding of what's going on in my foot and how to treat it.

I contacted Soho Physiotherapy for help after a bike crash where I broke and dislocated my elbow. Months after my accident I was seeing little progress in the straightening of my arm, but after seeing Philipo for a few sessions I saw massive improvements. He spent lots of time loosening the muscles around my elbow and gave me good exercises to do through out the week whenever I can. I'm very pleased with the treatment I've had and would strongly recommend to anyone struggling with injuries.
