Sonia uses her experience as an athlete as much as her knowledge in osteopathy to help you understand your own issue, whether it is an injury, recovery or rehab program or movement restriction. She has helped me to get back to pain free training after a hip inflammation! Highly recommended!

Being somewhat injury prone, the P10 Sports Clinic has been an important and consistent feature in my fitness journey. I have seen both Sonia and Rob for injuries, niggles and maintenance.
Regardless of the issue, I always get a full body assessment so that a holistic view is obtained before honing into the specific area. This always proves useful as some minor niggles always get addressed in addition to the main injury.
Sonia and Rob helped me understand my biomechanics, providing me with a good base to enhance movement patterns and reduce the chances of reinjury. They have a perfect blend of therapy with rehab / prehab exercises which are usually pretty unique and hit muscles I never knew existed.

I have worked with Sonia for a number of years. She has provided expertise and rehab for specific and recurring joint and muscular issues and also prehab work. This has been in person and, during covid, through video consultation. She is thorough, professional, realistic, and gets results. The clinic is clean and covid protocols visibly in place and enforced.

Sal showed me a completely different approach to improve my skills and build strength. It's from Sal I learnt how to be strategic and have certain mentality when taking on workouts. Sal always keeps you on your toes with never the same workouts. He also understands where I am coming from if I am having an off day and able to alter programmes on the spot to accommodate what I need.
Sonia has been great helping me overcome my injuries and in general maintenance. I have also had their great support in getting different mindset towards nutrition.

Sonia Fierro is amazing! I'd had an injury for about 1.5 years and had seen about 10 physios/ physicians, but she's the first one who saw the injury in its entirety and is treating it in a holistic way through manipulations, release, and exercises not just targeted at where my pain is but my whole body. I've learnt so much about how the human body works and how to move/ exercise correctly. I couldn't recommend her enough!
