After a few physio sessions and exercises given to me my shoulder is starting to feel much better already. After experiencing intense knee pain which stopped me from running and hiking, I decided to book an appointment with Nick. Couldn't have done a better choice, Nick was very thorough with his assessment and explained very clearly what's wrong with my knee. He proceeded with hands on treatment and specific rehabilitation exercises to increase the strength and mobility of my knee. 5 sessions in and I am able to run with no pain whatsoever - now we work on building my personal best - couldn't be happier. Very knowledgeable and welcoming physio, great space too. 100% recommended to runners!

Nick is extremely attentive and knowledgeable. I went to see him for an issue with my hamstrings that was preventing me from running. He gave me 3 simple exercises to do and within 2 weeks things had improved significantly and I was able to run without stopping (for the first time in years!). I also saw him for pain in my shoulders and he gave me a few strengthening exercises to do and I’ve seen vast improvements over a couple of months. Thank you, Nick!

I had a persistent problem with my arm caused most probably by exercise. Nick was absolutely fantastic in identifying what was the issue by doing a thorough assessment and he came up with the treatment plan. He was brilliant in all of our sessions , very clear about what he was doing and gave me advice on what to do during exercise while my arm was recovering so didn’t need to completely stop the gym. Came to see Nick to see if he could do anything for my neck and back pain that I have been having daily for the last two years. I almost lost hope as I saw three to four specialists before, but I saw no result. Within one visit I felt way way better, and with the exercises and his advice I am now pain free. Nick really knows what he is doing, and he listens very well before creating a rehab program. He follows up regularly to check on the rehab progress and won’t mind giving more time on the session. I can't thank you enough! I had been suffering from a herniated disk for quite some time now, which caused me a strong sciatic pain. Within a number of 10 sessions with Nick, and a very focused treatment plan, I was able to recover within the expected amount of time. Nick changed my life! I was suffering with back pain for at least 10 years and the last 5 were a nightmare. I went to many physiotherapists, NHS and private, but no one could really help me. After just a few sessions Nick suspected that my back pain might be due to an autoimmune disease and urged me to get tested. He was right, I found out I have ankylosing spondylitis and now I’m about to start my treatment for it. Also, the regular sessions with me helped strengthen my body, fix my posture and reduce the pain significantly. I can’t recommend him enough!

I started seeing Nik for physiotherapy and found him competent, knowledgeable and super friendly, so I took up his offer of personal training. I currently have long Covid and I wasn’t sure how it would interfere. Nik has worked with me to find a training approach that is within my capabilities but pushes me where possible. Although I hadn’t done any training for a very long time, I have found it to be an incredibly positive experience and this is entirely down to Nik. It’s a bit of a slow process for me, which was expected, but I am already seeing results and feeling much better. I would recommend Nik without reservation.
