Nicola was warm and welcoming right from the start. She was able to diagnose problems and offer solutions very efficiently. Her holistic approach to physio means she offers broader support for emotional and mental well-being as well as the physical health. I would recommend anyone looking for a physiotherapist in Manchester to go with Nicola, she is really fantastic!

A fantastic team all under one roof, brilliant. I've had the pleasure of receiving treatments from Polly and Aine over the past 7/8 weeks and they are both excellent. Caroline and Nicola too, in fact the whole place has such a welcoming atmosphere! Hope to get back into practicing yoga once Polly's fixed me. I can greatly recommend the Wellbeing and Rehab Company.

I love the classes here! I joined wanting to improve on my strength and with the classes I attend I’ve really achieved this. Barbara’s Be Strong and Boxercise classes are fantastic, great fun and they’ve really helped me build muscle mass and learn how to pack a punch. Kate’s Whole Body Wellbeing class is so relaxed and friendly, and packed with really effective subtle exercises. I couldn’t recommend WRC enough for anyone wanting to improve their fitness in a friendly, supportive environment.

I recently had a course of lymphatic massages. I was made to feel very welcome from the very start. Polly who did my massages was great as well. Also, very reasonably priced. Really good service and would highly recommend.

Really friendly and professional staff. Lovely treatment rooms. Nicola treated me with massage and exercises in the clinic but also provided helpful at home exercises and tips to help resolve and manage the issue.

Much better after one session! After suffering with pain in my hip and glute for over 3 weeks, I felt much better after a single session. I left understanding what was the cause of the issue and with exercise and stretching to work on at home. A really thorough consultation, lovely friendly staff and a gorgeous building. Highly recommended.

After breaking my ankle quite badly I spent 12 weeks non load bearing due to a lack of confidence. I started physio with nic four weeks ago. With a combination of talking, and exercises to both strengthen and improve balance I am glad to say I am much improved. Nic has really helped me, she motivated and encouraged me at every step. She is passionate about what she does and I am very pleased I chose nic for my therapy.
