I have been seeing Cathryn for treatment for about 4 years. Initially my consultant at the Nuffield highly recommended her to me (& 3 of my work colleagues) for shoulder problems. We all fully recovered after her treatment plan. Note I had been seeing another very expensive physio before Cathryn, who made my shoulder significantly worse & excruciatingly painful. He didn’t tell me that I needed steroid injections before physio could start. I now see Cathryn once a month to help control muscle stiffness in my neck & upper back & she is a miracle worker. She’s also a lovely person to be around, very friendly, kind & calm. Thanks Cathryn you make my life so much better!

Cathryn is an amazing physiotherapist. Her experience and knowledge is evident. Cathryn has helped me many times with various issues and is my ‘go-to’ whenever I need fixing 😀. Cathryn provides a diagnosis, effective treatment and will also recommend follow-up exercises and a rehab plan for you to work on at home. My first visit to her new clinic did not disappoint, it is brilliant and, importantly in these times, very Covid secure. Give her a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Awesome work from Cathryn! Probably the cleanest place I've ever seen. Sports massage was great in loosening my back pain and was also spot on with advice on form when wanting to lift weight and not hurt your back. Would recommend to anyone! 10 stars if I could!

Gave me some exercises to do at home which I have done daily without fail. Two weeks on, so much better, some further treatment today and advice given. I have used Cathryn manytimes in the past when she was working for another firm. When I found out she had left the firm I decided to try tracing her. When I found she was back in business l booked an appointment. Treatment was good and provided considerable relief. I would definitely recommend her. Some time since I have been in need of a physio. I have recently had a total knee replacement and have had a few sessions with physios and chiropractors to no avail and I was at desperation stage and ended up in hospital for mri scans of my spine. Waiting for nhs appointments was too long so I contacted Cathryn and got a cancellation. Today I hobbled into her treatment room and after being mauled about a bit and numerous clicks from my spine I walked out. Definitely worth the money.

I got signed off from the NHS physio post ACL reconstruction surgery after only 7 months, and I was looking for a physio to help me get back to full fitness and a family member recommended Cathryn. From the very start Cathryn was very helpful and gave great advice on what I can do to help myself to get back to football. She has been very kind throughout and only a message away and she would answer any questions I would ask. I can not recommend her enough to anyone especially if anyone has done their ACL as well and is looking to get back to their sport. Thanks very much Cathryn I now feel a lot more confident when I’m training and looking forward to the season beginning so I can get back to football properly.
