Peter, showed me how I injured my self. How to avoid repeating it, show me the exercises to do to to fix myself. and relived the pain in the short term. I left feeling like a new person

I had a lower back problem after wind surfing. Peter Finlay was incredible. I went in hunched over and walked out vertical. Extremely good at telling you what he is doing and why. Peter is the only person i would recommend for physio. My entire family and all close friends have been to him, and none have ever said anything other than brilliant. Genuine man.

I have recently suffered a bulging disc and after 2 visits to the doctors I was no further forward with any help or diagnosis. I booked in with Peter on the referral of my partner's father and I was not disappointed. He contacted me to offer me an earlier appointment which I was pleased to hear as the pain I was In was unbearable, I could not walk properly or stand and hold my own weight for more than a minute or 2. After seeing Peter for no more than 10 minutes he had diagnosed the issue and knew how to treat it. By the end of the session he had my back bending and twisting in ways I couldnt imagine and I even managed to walk out his clinic with far more ease than I walked in. I believe if I follow his advice and continue my exercises he has given me I will finally in 10 years be able to manage my bad back. Peter Is also always there to follow on from your appointment and will keep in touch and offer great aftercare. I could not be more grateful for finding Peter at this time and would reccomend him to anybody who needs physio treatment, he's the best in the business and I would never go anywhere else, his reputation speaks for itself!
