v.I am very pleased to say that all my worries about parking and physiotherapy are forgotten.. The venue has a good parking space free of charge and has a great guy called David offering physiotherapy and advice. He has made a plan of exercices that I am doing at home and always follow up on how it works for me. He is not only pleasant but also very professional, trying to get the best treatment for my pain and medical issues.
I gladly recommend this centre and David to anyone who needs pain relief or back support.

I would like to thank you for appointing a fantastic physiotherapist to manage my recovery after my car accident.
She was incredibly friendly and helpful, she made me feel really comfortable, She adapted my exercises every session so i would continue building back my muscle strength and eventually resuming to normal movement of my back, shoulders and neck.
She showed incredible professionalism she encouraged me to partake in the exercises she set out, she was very honest and explained that i would not improve without doing the exercises she recommended, and she was right, she explained why each exercise was useful, she always asked if i found them easy or hard and dependent on what i said she would kindly adjust the exercise plan.
I found her to be enthusiastic and robust, she was always on time and never kept me waiting, she was always in high spirits and that made me feel more optimistic about myself and my recovery .

A. F.First assessment and prescribed exercises worked very well and provided an improvement in the pain of my injuries sustained in a bicycle accident where I was hit by a car from behind. Second session assessment and the manipulation and targeted massage of affected areas was excellent and gave great relief. One piece of advice...do the prescribed exercises! It might hurt a bit...but they really help with the injury recovery and related pain!

A. A.Mr Ali attended to me with care and attention. He was also friendly thus making me feel at ease during sessions.
Mr Umar Ali seems very good at his job as he deals with one professionally. In my final or closing session with him today Thursday 29/12/22,I asked him how I could get my thigh muscles. This was after he took me through a session after which I could bend and touch my toes(nearly),something I couldn't achieve before the session. He promised to send some videos upon my request via my email so as I can access the said videos to carry out sessions on my own to help me relax my muscles.
My whole sessions with him have put me back to road to recovery after what got me to him.
That's good I see Dr Umar Ali.

Slight difficulty in understanding the physiotherapist but after a while understood him better. Following a car accident. The physio was adapted to my needs and really impressed with the results. J. P.After being in a car crash and sustaining a chest injury i was referred to Rehabplus Ltd at Goals Heathrow. The physiotherapist I had was Renata Vastakaite. She was lovely from the start and gave me some exercises to do to try and loosen my chest muscles and ease the pain I was having. Renata was amazing at my appointments and her massages really helped loosen my chest muscles. Would highly recommend this lady should you need private physio appointments. I was meant to have 7 sessions but had 4 due to not being in pain anymore. I put this down to the exercises and treatment I recieved 😊👍
