C. F.Sarah offers a very friendly and professional service and will do anything in her capacity to help! I was at the end of my tether with my knee injury as I was struggling to run but with the right help from Sarah, I was finally able to again. I highly recommend Total Care Physio.

Sarah had the correct knowledge to do this recognising the symptoms immediately and adjusting the excercises as I improved. She gave me hope when others had no idea how to treat it. Highly recommended.
