Moore Associates came highly recommended by a friend who worked with Owen in the past. So with a back problem that I'd suffered with for at least 5 years and was getting worse I called up and booked an appointment with Catherine. She was very professional on the phone and just as professional in person. She identified an issue with a slightly curved spine and gave me specific exercises to encourage the muscles to support my spine. It took about 5 weeks for me to feel an improvement and from then on it took about another 2 to 3 weeks for my pains to pretty much disappear. I was amazed and very grateful to Catherine for her help, thanks Catherine! This was 6 months ago and I'm still doing those exercises with great results. I'm putting my pains down to poor posture sat at a desk for years. I've since altered my posture and along with the exercises all is good. Oh and the cost of treatment didn't break the bank.

I cannot recommend Moore Associates Physiotherapy enough. I have received 10/10 no-nonsense service and treatment following a knee injury. I have a physically demanding job and I am also an amateur sportsperson so returning to full health is very important to me. I have opted to have surgery on my injury and will be returning to Moore Associates for post-op rehabilitation. I couldn’t ask for more.

I have known Owen Moore since April/18 when he looked after me following a partial knee replacement and he was the most professional/proficient Physio I had ever met and quickly got me back to norm as well as sorting out my wife's long term back problems at the same time. A couple of months ago I had a back problem and rang Owen but unfortunately he couldn't fit me in but introduced me to his wife who was equally as professional and after 1 visit and good advice sorted me out.

I recently had the misfortune to suffer agonising pain in my neck, shoulder and arm. I thought that finding a physio during lockdown was going to be equally painful! But Moore Associates offered appointments via video link. During my first consultation, with thorough questioning and instructing me to do some movements Catherine was able to diagnose a very specific condition and offer advice and therapeutic exercises. I had a number of weekly follow up consultations as she monitored my progress. I am so grateful that they were able to help me - and I didn't even need to leave the house!

I saw Catherine with a back issue (Bulging Disc) which left me in extreme pain. Catherine diagnosed this immediately, issuing a report and recommendation to my doctor which allowed me to gain access to the correct medication that reduced the pain. Catherine also made me aware of a number of key exercises that helped manage the pain until I finally had a nerve block and steroid injection from a consultant….. Catherine’s quick diagnosis, knowledge, expertise and support through the last 4 weeks has been amazing and I would highly recommend Moore Associates Physiotherapy Ltd. I know where I’ll be going if I have issue in the future.

Owen is a very knowledgeable Physio with a "No messing" approach - if you're doing something silly he will tell you. :-) Not only concerned with fixing the injury (torn calf Muscle) but most attention was spent on how to stop it happening again.
