As an elite cyclist I give my body a daily battering and occasionally pick up niggles and injuries. Lately I’ve been suffering with a back and glute issue that has continually worsened until it seriously impacted on my ability to ride my bike. Danielle has put together a great regime of mobility and strength exercises alongside a programme of stretching that has already turned round my injury. I’m back riding and racing, and recorded my career best result with a 3rd placement the Beaumont Trophy, a UCI Europe Tour race, just one week after visiting Danielle! She is incredibly knowledgeable of the body and sport, and appreciates that sportspeople have a strong desire to train and compete so is very helpful in giving treatment that allows the athlete to be back at their best as soon as possible. Can’t recommend her enough.

Danielle is one the best clinicians I've ever met. Hands down. Her understanding of biomechanics, pain and rehabilitation (amongst other things) is what truly sets her apart. She genuinely cares for every patient and wholeheartedly wants them to get better quickly. From lower back pain to shoulder issues, her treatments have always got me back to training and pushing my body to the limits almost instantly. Even if you aren't in need of an osteopathic treatment, her sports massages are phenomenal and can be quite relaxing if requested. Her resume is stacked and yet she is so humble you would never know the amazing people she's worked with! Highly recommend!!!!!!

My expectations were well exceeded when Danielle helped we to recover and build my muscles and range of movement back after meniscus surgery. Just after 10 sessions I was able to sprint confidently 100metres with no pain at all. Highly recommended!

I have been having treatment for neck and shoulder problems and it is a huge relief to get Danielle's "magic" touch. I get immediate relief from tightness and pain through deep massage and mobility treatment. I've had chiro practice in the past but this treatment has been more effective for my complaints. It's also been a complete revelation to learn where in the skeleton my issues originate from and the rehab advice is invaluable. What also makes Danielle unique is her ability to genuinely "feel your pain" and understand the impact on your daily life.

Week 10 of 16 training for London Marathon 2019 started to get knee pain which prevented running. Took advantage of the free 15 min session and Danielle advised some strengthening and conditioning exercises. So booked a session with her and she put together a set of exercises to do 3 times a week with no running for 2 weeks. Of course panic set in but I persevered with the exercises and revisited Danielle for one more session. She recommended a reduced running plan and the exercises. Over time pain reduced when running and i completed the Marathon pain free. I am in no doubt this was attributed to Danielle’s treatment and advice and would thoroughly recommend her!

I began seeing Danielle for hip and back pain and after only two sessions, my symptoms had reduced dramatically. Danielle has an obvious talent; she listens well and ,certainly in my case, was quick to diagnose the cause of my pain. For the first time I years, I am actually hopeful of a full recovery. I am very grateful to her and advise anyone suffering from chronic pain to go and see her.

Danielle treated me for a multitude of painful muscular ailments which had been lingering on for months. In her first session she immediately identified the underlying problems and relieved them significantly straight away. In the second session she continued to improve the situation and then gave me some useful exercises to prevent them from re-occurring. I have been free of any injuries ever since!! I could not rate the experience any higher.

I've used The Pain clinic for 3 different injuries now. I haven't been disappointed yet. The first time I had a horrible shooting pain, literally one session with Danni and I never experienced it again. Most recently was regarding a running injury. With a marathon in September I was very anxious about it. Danni not only helped me understand more about my injury and how my body works, she gave me exercises and guidance to recover and I've just start running again. She even let me video her demonstrating lunges!
Seriously great service.

I have been experiencing pain in my left hand and wrist for months but have pretty much ignored it and put it down to typing and lifting/carrying my small children. This week the pain became so bad that I struggled to open jars, hold plates, hold my child's hand etc. I am travelling and was unable to see Danielle so she offered me a telephone appointment. In just a few minutes she diagnosed thoracic outlet syndrome and pinpointed the exact cause and location of the pain without seeing me. She then sent me some exercises to do in the meantime before I could see her and in less than 24 hours the pain was remarkably reduced. She really knows her stuff and cares about her patients and their progress. I would recommend her clinic without hesitation.

I suffered with back and pelvic pain through most of my pregnancy. Danielle was very professional and knowledgable. She treated me several times as the pregnancy progressed and it was immediate relief and so encouraging to know that I could cope through the 40 weeks. After my son was born by section after 35 hours in labour she treated us both to get us back on the road to recovery. I would highly recommend Danielle and the pain clinic.
